PD has been to our home twice. Both times he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. While he fixed our furnace he talked us through exactly what he was doing. He also shared other valuable knowledge with us so we knew exactly how the parts worked he was fixing. I couldn't recommend him enough. If we come across any heating or cooling issues he'll be the only one we call.

He was quick, friendly, and made the whole process really easy. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing and gave me a better understanding of how the new system works, which I really appreciated. You can tell he cares about doing quality work — everything was installed cleanly and done right. My new furnace is working perfectly, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. PD at Comfort Touch replaced our furnace and worked on a Saturday and Sunday so my family had heat during the coldest weekend of the year. He was very responsive, easy to work with, and cleaned up after the work was complete.

PD came out the same day I called him to do a furnace tune up as my furnace was operating odd. Was very professional and explained to me the whole process of what he was doing along with giving tips for my understanding. Will definitely reach out to him again for anything in the future. Gave him 4 stars instead of 5 because he told me he wants a few more 4 star reviews to go with all of the 5 stars.

PD was absolutely fantastic. When I noticed my furnace was acting up, he was extremely responsive and patiently listened to all of my concerns. He took the time to guide me over the phone step-by-step so we could get the heat working for the night, which I truly appreciated. He came back the very next day and fixed the issue completely. PD is not only reliable but also very educational—he explains things clearly and makes sure you understand what’s going on. Highly recommend!

I had a leaking expansion tank on my boiler. Everyone I called was too busy or were done for the day. One even wanted a deposit to even consider coming out I called Comfort Touch. He immediately came out. Got the leak stopped and repaired it the next morning. Very professional and the quality of work was exceptional. Would recommend him to anyone.

Woke up this morning to a cold house. After calling around I decided to go with Comfort Touch. PD answered the call right away. He was here within 90 minutes and my house was warm an hour after. I won’t go anywhere else for heating issues again. I would have gave him 5 stars but he didn’t kick his boots off so I had to clean. Other than that great service 10/10 would recommend.

After our furnace stopped working unexpectedly in our new-to-us home, we called some well-known local HVAC places we had heard the names of or had utilized in our previous home years ago. Either nobody was available or they couldn't even give us a general idea when they could come. Based on the reviews I called Comfort Touch. PD answered right away and said he could come the next day when I was off work. He communicated the entire time with me about what was going on and what would be needed and even called more than once to have the furnace company send the needed part that was under warranty. He stayed in communication when waiting for the necessary part to arrive. He explained things thoroughly and even followed up to make sure things were still working. It's hard to find service people who actually care about doing their job and helping people, but it's obvious he cares and we will certainly be calling him for our yearly inspections/service.

Was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Reasonable prices too! Definitely recommend this guy to work on furnaces.

Mr. Patel came to my house within 24 hours of making a call to him. He was open and honest about the issues with my very old furnace. We both decided it was time for a new furnace. He was here within the same week to set up the new furnace. Sent me pictures and kept me informed the whole way through. Highly recommended and will be my new go to furnace repair man!

Been using Comfort Touch the last 2 years or so. PD always responds back in a reasonable manner and, if he can't, he'll give advice over the phone or text. He just replaced my AC and furnace about two months ago and continues to maintain communication when I have questions. Highly recommended.

Our furnace stopped working overnight on a Friday of a holiday weekend we called Comfort Touch on a Saturday. The owner was done working for the day but gave us a few ideas to try on our own. When those didn’t work he offered to come take a look when he returned later that evening. He came as promised and was able to get our furnace working again. Top notch customer service at a reasonable price! Will definitely use Comfort Touch again!

Amazing service and fair price. Texted and received a response shortly after and he was at my house that day. He fixed my AC issue and taught me about the system and what had gone wrong. Highly recommend!

We called PD today and he was able to come out within an hour to look at our central air. He didn't just tell us the problem but he educated us as to why the problem occurs. He also explained things we can watch and listen for and discussed other issues that may arise with our old system so we are well prepared! Also, the price for the service call was lower than we expected!

Great company! MY AC unit was assessed along with the central air unit and fixed with a matter of a couple hours. I would definitely recommend for future work for heating and cooling.

AC went out over the weekend, gave them a call on a Saturday and were at my house within an hour working on the unit. Great service. Also gave me some things to look for if problems came up again. Would suggest to anyone.

Called PD when my furnace went out on a Friday evening. He was here within 20 minutes, had my furnace diagnosed and part replaced within the hour. Couldn't ask for better service and pricing. Recommend 10/10
