Rob and his team, especially Jesse, went above and beyond. Our full furnace and AC installation from Point Heating and Cooling was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services.

We have used Point Heating and Cooling a couple times within the last year. Both times we had an excellent experience. Very fair and knowledgeable. The service rep Jesse helped us out this week and was very professional and easy to work with, he truly represents the company well. Will definitely use Point Heating and cooling in the future.

Rob was really great with an honest evaluation and clear explanation of our options. He was responsive and had great communication as well. With installation, Jesse and Clayton were fantastic. Highly professional and went the extra step to make the process easy for us. They explained the set up with the new thermostat and we would definitely use them again and recommend them highly!

I recently had a great experience, they took out what was probably a 40 year old furnace and replaced it with a brand new one, a week later came back to install my central air. Both were done professionally, quickly and efficiently. I have a 120 year old home so it wasn't an easy job but they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Point Heating & Cooling.

Had my water heater replaced. New unit was exactly like the unit being replaced and was in the basement ready to go. Installer was very polite and great to work with. Arrived at 8am had some equipment issues with his pipe crimper not functioning. Took about 15 minutes to find the problem. Left slightly after 10 but got billed for 3 hours. Called them and got no satisfaction. Won’t be returning!

Woke up to no hot water this morning. Called Point Heating and Cooling for assistance on getting my water heater going. It didn't take long before Phillip was pull into my driveway! Ten minutes later the water heater was back on and heating up! Very satisfied with their service!

We've used PH&C for years, and wouldn't use anyone else for our furnace or AC needs, both at home, rentals, and work. Always a timely response, they explain everything that needs doing, quality work and fair prices. Never had any issues with Rob and his crew, and will continue using them in the future. We've hired Point Heating & Cooling for full HVAC system replacements at our last two houses, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Great job from the quoting, to installing, to servicing. They're friendly, they leave the work area clean, and they do a fantastic job every time!

First I will say that the service men are very polite.. That said, ASK about there pricing Before they do the work !! Normally, when you ask for a yearly service on your unit, they give you the proper price and if that price changes, they Tell you ! If you happen to have an Emergency, call someone else because this company charges extremely high and you are at their mercy . Even after I told them my bill for a tune up was 33 percent higher, they offered no solution or adjustment... I STILL have a red flashing drain light that I was told should clear itself after the sensor drys. NOPE.. I learned my lesson.. This won't happen again...

We use them for our annual maintenance and have always been happy with the service. Today a part went out on our furnace and it's zero degrees outside - called for service and was attended to with minimal delay. Repair went swiftly. Very responsive and deciphered the issue quickly.

I've tried other HVAC companies in the past but Point Heating and Cooling tops them all. I have always been impressed that their service techs call you ahead or during to ask you the symptoms directly as well as afterwards to tell you what they found and did to fix your problem. Because I like to be kept in the loop and in the end, I know what I'm being charged for. I highly recommend them as well as their parent company, Rapids Heating and cooling! Our heater went out suddenly on Christmas Eve, this business offers Emergency services and repair - except they don't. The worst excuse from any service provider I have ever heard 'We don't take new customers on the weekend' was told to my husband as we frantically looked to each other, stressed out and with our house getting colder and colder we now have to call around again, we wasted our time with this business and they did not give us any Christmas charity. They didn't even give us the time of day - do not call for 'emergency services' - they don't offer it.

We had a brand new mini split installation and it went above and beyond!! We appreciate the professionalism and the knowledge that point heating and cooling provides!!

A/C had a leak. Chose to replace the unit. Point Heating & Cooling made sure we had air during the hot days until we were able to have the system installed. They did not charge us for the visits to refill the A/C while we waited for our new unit.

Exceptional customer service and great products! Rob did an amazing job of finding what I needed and getting installed within a week! As you may know HVAC materials are becoming hard to find and thank goodness he had a 2T unit for us with all the installation materials. I highly recommend PHC.

Always had good results with Point Heating and cooling. Had new furnace installed when we bought our new house and plan on using them when we replace our central air in the future.

I got home from work today and quickly realized my A/C wasn't working. Today was hot and the next two days will have heat indexes over 100. I thought it would take a long time before someone could help me. After I called Point Heating & Cooling they had someone at my house within a 1/2 hour and my A/C fixed in less than an hour. You saved the day! My family and I thank you so much!

New Install Flawless. Employees are Very Knowledgable and Polite. We got a return call a few days later to check to see if we had and questions or concerns with new furnace. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Point Heating and Cooling came to my house several times last winter. They did some repairs plus installed a filteration housing unit for my thermal pump heating system. I was without proper heat all winter. I finally called another heating and cooling company and they discovered that Carl from Point heating and cooling installed the unit backwards causing the water to flow incorrectly. This was causing the unit to be severly impaired and not working as it should. The issue was resolved by the other heating company. None the less I was upset and very frustrated with the work performed by Point Heating and Cooling.

My contact was Rob, his crew is very professional and polite. We've had them out several times over the years and they're very fair and always make it right. My opinion, the best in the business.
