Both technicians were polite, timely, and very knowledgeable. They also incorporated a humidifier and a UV light with the new install. When completed the new install was much cleaner and more professional than the original. Would highly recommend Christensen Heating as a trustworthy and customer focused contractor.

First call to Christensen Heating and Air Conditioning was because our furnace would not stay lit. Mike (I believe) came out within an hour and got the furnace relit and running and also explained to us why it kept going out and suggested we look at getting a new furnace sooner rather than later. He even set it up for us to get a quote from them and if we decided to purchase then he would not charge for the first visit. The furnace ended up going out again a few days later so we called them up for a quote and they came back with multiple options with different price ranges which was appreciated since we knew they were not price gouging us. We had the furnace quote on Friday and they were able to get the new furnace in by 2pm Monday. Both gentleman were extremely polite and kept the area cleaner than when they arrived I think. We will definitely keep using Christensen and I will recommend them to anyone that will listen. We were extremely happy with all of the interactions we had with them.

The servie tech came out and arrived right on time.  He did not need any assistance and got right to the job.  He took the system apart and did the appropriate cleaning and adjustments and attempted to restart the system.  He determined that a specific part on the pilot light ignition system needed to be replaced and I agreed to the replacement (system works better now).  He did not rush the evaluation process and did a very thorough job.  He cleaned up the area when he was done and collected our check before leaving. <br /> We also used them back in 2013 for an air conditioner repair.  They came out, swapped out a broken part and we were back up and running.  Most of the above comments also apply (promptness, thoroughness and fixing the problem). <br />

I called Monday morning and my furnace was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. The call I received regarding the cost was professionally handled. I am pleased with their service. <br />

<p>It was early July and the weather was very hot. Our old air conditioner which was about 30 years old quit working. We knew we could save money on energy costs so we were thinking about getting a new furnace and air conditioner anyway. We got quotes from four companies. The Christenson quote was not the cheapest or the most expensive but we trusted Mike and the price was reasonable. They were able to remove the old furnace and air conditioner and install the new air conditioner and the new frame and cooling coils in one day. This was our top priority because of the hot weather. Because of other emergency work that came up, we had to wait a few days for the furnace but they installed it a few days later without any issues. We have had no problems with the equipment or the installation. Our energy costs have gone down and we are happy.</p> , <br />

The Techincian focused immediatley on the cause and mitigated at a very reasonable price - this group knows what they are doing. It starts with the receptionist "triagiing" the issues. The fact that a tek would be sent out with some background was refreshing. Really - just a great group from start to finish and I'll have them back in the fall to inspect my furnace. You will do yourself a huge favor to contract Christensen

My experience overall has been very positive. They are a family business so they have an older gentleman who has been with the company for a very long time who we have seen before. He obviously really knew his stuff so it was a pleasure to see him again. It is nice that they keep their older employees who are really, really experienced working because they do such a good job.

They fixed the problem quickly and cheap. Christensen and Heating A/C came when they told me they would, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. The service man was professional and polite and explained the problem and the fix. I couldn't have been happier with the service. I highly recommend this company.

Great service. Friendly, prompt quote and installation. Very clean and professional. The unit has worked flawlessly since the install. I felt very comfortable overall with the experience and would call them first for any future heating and/or air conditioning needs.

He knew just what materials he needed and what the cost would be, with out having to get back to me later. I had a quote on the phone instantly. Another contractor that I got a quote from, took several days, and came in $400.00 more. I had my new chimney before I even found out what the other bid was. I not only got quality work done but very fast. He is also courtious, and cleans up after the work is done. GREAT JOB!!!
