Excellent, very professional and clean

They did give us some space heaters for the weekend to keep us warm. It took 2 guys about 6 hours. I like their product, they are attentive. They left the place as they found it. They should me how to use the new digital thermostat. They explained it for both me and my wife, I can change the temperature at the house remotely. I am very happy with the performance of Air Tech Heating and Cooling. They did a very accurate and thorough job of installing my new furnace and exceeding my expectations.

The owner came out and gave me a quote for what I needed. Did not try to up sell me additional items but did answer inquiries about additional items. When I called back to confirm the quote and set up an install date, they were able to accommodate my schedule. The day the work was to be performed, they showed up on time. All of the workers that showed up were polite and courteous and respectful of my home. They answered any questions I had while they were completing the install. One of the installers took the proper time to provide me a good orientation to my new system and how to operate it and if I had any questions, they advised me to call them. After the work was completed, they swept up their work space and hauled away any garbage that was part of the install. I was and have been satisfied with the work that was performed and would call them again for any air conditioning or heating work that needs to be done. <br />

When we are going with air conditioning, I think, money-wise, it was not a big deal and it seems like everything is looking fairly well. They seemed to do a good job and all sorts of other things. They were out here to re-service it, so I didn't spend anything for the service of the unit or anything other than the brand new install, and it was installed in September 2011. There is nothing that needed to be replaced or reworked or anything like that, and when it got a little colder, it has been on ever since, keeping the house at a temperature I am looking for. The one thing that I don't like and its nothing to do with them is that they had a thermostat and it is one of those new digital things. I am able to run this one but I am not really happy with it. I don't think there is any way of getting around it because I don't think they make them mechanical. Per my own personal experience, the quality of work was very good. They were right on time. I had to just leave the key, they came and opened the door, finished the work, and when they were all done, they left the key, locked the place up and left. They were totally professional in doing the job; they cleaned up and everything else. I am thinking of putting the air conditioner in some time and when I have the money I will be getting Air-Tech Heating Inc. to come in and really look at our contract and if it comes out anywhere close, I would use them again.

They were spectacular. I spent $4500 on the job. I got the government rebate. They gave me a better price than what I was quoted by another company. They came recommended by a lot of people I knew. They managed to accommodate me before the rebate ran out. They gave good quotes. The gentlemen, who put in the furnace and the air conditioner, were very friendly and made sure they took care of things in my house. They were very careful and they spent time explaining the new furnace thoroughly. They asked me to call them if I had any questions. They told me exactly what to do when certain things happened. They were very thorough and very pleasant. I will use their services again in the future.
