Mike was awesome! He came out right away to fix our commercial ice maker. He was patient and thorough when diagnosing the problem. He had to pick up a part and come back the next day. He did a great job communicating as he had to call me a few times regarding the part. Mike really knows what he’s doing and was very pleasant to work with. And it was affordable considering how much time he spent! He’s my go to from now on! Highly recommend.

Mike does what he promises, on time, and on budget. His prices are competitive and reasonable. I have lived in this house since 2010. It was built in 1970. During my time here, Mike has installed a forced air gas furnace in my detached garage shop and a complete new furnace and air conditioning system in the house. Last year, he replaced the 20 year old water heater. I have not had any issues with the equipment that he has installed. His work is professional and completed to all codes.

We called Mike to give us a quote for a tankless water heater we thought needed to replaced. To our surprise he determined there was nothing wrong with it. He spent two hours with the manufacturer checking all its functions. It worked great! We found two easy solutions to our problem both having nothing to do with the heater. He saved us thousands of dollars! You can rely on Mike and count on his professionalism for certain !

Champion Air! Where do I start.. extremely professional, prompt (same day service!) and friendly. Mike took the time to properly diagnose all issues we had this summer. A company that is fairly priced and stands behind their work. Mike always followed up with me to make sure repairs he made were working properly! Mike is knowledgeable, trustworthy and great at what he does. He is quick to respond and goes the extra mile to get the job done right. I highly recommend him. I have worked with him for a few years and we don’t see him often - which is a good thing because he does his job so well. But when I do call for maintenance or a repair, he gets the job done quickly.

We had a code for the induction motor on our old furnace. We called Mike on a recommendation of our neighbors. He came to the house that day and gave us a part and labor price. My wife and I decided to replace the 30 year old furnace because it was our best option. Mike had an opening the very next day and installed the furnace in one day and came back and installed an air purification unit later on in the week. We are having a heat pump put in later this year and can't wait to see how this unit works out for us. We want to thank Mike for a job well done. Mike came to our house almost imediately to assess the state of our furnace and was quick to share 3 quotes for replacing it. He had it installed less than a week after we committed to the order, which was before other competitors even replied with a quote! Throughout, he was courteous, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable.

Mike has done numerous repairs for myself and my extended family. My A/C unit was out another contractor said the unit needed to be replaced for over $1,000 a mouse chewed a wire 6 years later still working great. $75.00. Similar experience with my parents in-laws and sister all had "expensive repairs" fixed for pennies on the dollar from other contractors. Does great replacement work when it is needed as well.

Champion air the one call HVAC company, called Mike with an air conditioning problem on one of my office units commercial unit was not working. He comes out the next day assesses the situation figures out the problem and has the unit up and running , I wouldn’t call anybody else on my next air-conditioning problem … Thanks Mike

Mike was really helpful to come in during night and repair our HVAC system. We were really worried being March Winters. Thanks Mike! October - 2021: Has been a regular for our HVAC repairs for last 4 years. All of a sudden had to pay double of what we should have paid. We assumed charges will not be double in a span of 18 months. Never assumed that will be charged for procurement efforts of part, besides the part cost itself. Service was ok - the cost of service was exorbitant without any prior intimation.

Over the years Mike has serviced and installed a broad spectrum of HVAC needs for our extended family. After another contractor failed to repair a boiler system in a rental unit; Mike with his expertise was able to properly service the system. Our son welcomed his grandparents into his home during a winter period when they needed proximity to a local hospital. A problem arose when my son needed a cooler environment (68 degrees) for his living on one floor, and the grandparents needed warmer temperatures (+90 degrees) on their level. Rather than incur the substantial costs of having a multi-zone system, Mike came up with a creative and substantially less costly solution! More recently our 30-year old AC unit was having difficulty providing enough cooling for our home. Friends had warned us about their experiences with the costs of upgrading their systems. We know our unit will not last forever, but Mike was able to repair the unit for substantially less cost to comfortably get us through this Summer and early Fall!

Mike is always quick to respond and can have an issue fixed quickly. Great person and knowledgeable. He had my A/C back up and running in under 30 minutes.

Mike helped us out in an emergency last fall, we were grateful for his knowledge and service! He just installed our new heating system and we are very happy with the work and service.

Woke up New Years eve morning to a chilly house. Called Mike, and he was here within minutes, diagnosed the problem, then said he'd be in touch as he left. He was able to get the part he needed and had our furnace up and running - with considerable effort - and missing half of the Packer game. Mike C replaced my old furnace, added a whole-house steam humidifier; did it in a timely manner (I needed it next morning!) and at the cost quoted (even with some surprise costs on his side).

Furnace stopped working on a really cold day and called Mike and he came right out. Troubleshot it and was able to fix it quickly. Nice guy and great workmanship.

Would seek cheaper options. 180$ for just coming to the house. Then 300$ per hour charge. 480$ for 1hr of service not competitive in my book. Makes more than a medical MD per hour. Unnecessary.

Got a quote of $65 to come out for a diagnostic. Got charged $186. Was told it was a fee to discuss what needed to be done to the air conditioning unit. Really?

I have used Champion Air at my business for a very long time. The service is always excellent and the price is right! I strongly recommend using their services!
