Return a product that is never used But they want me to charge 20% restocking fee, dont buy anything from this scamer company

We had never done business with PPC before and the order I was placing was not very large. The staff at PPC were very knowledgeable about their products and even offered up some suggestions. They followed up on their promise that they would ship that afternoon and I had my order in hand the next day. We are in London Ontario, so I was amazed when it arrived overnight. Thanks for making the order happen when you said you would.

Very prompt service had just what I was looking for. I ordered a digital thermometer out of the package it had an error code emailed on the weekend to let them know Monday morning had a phone call and email they would replace it no charge and don't bother to send broken one back. What more could you ask for. Will use them again and recommend to friends.

I needed a quality plumbing product and called Peterson who not only helped me out pick the right product for my application, but shipped and delivered the product very quickly. It worked like a charm (better than expected as I'm just a home owner who likes to DIY) and I'm very happy with my whole experience with them. When I need another quality product, I'll be checking Peterson's website! Thanks for your help! The product I purchased was an inflatable pipe bladder that would fit through a 2" pipe to expand and seal up a 4" main. It worked perfect and sealed my 53 year old main cast iron drain pipe so I could fill the house pipes and check for leaks.

Recently purchased a set of line stop equipment that worked flawlessly. Petersen staff are always available to assist with any questions that may arrise in order to complete a job. Thank you Petersen for providing an exceptional product and excellent customer service!

I ordered some test plugs from this company and was shopped the wrong part # from what I ordered. I called them and Kim was very helpful and apologetic with the mix up and promptly sent out the correct plugs. I would highly recommend doing business with Petersen Products

Phil and Bonnie are awesome. I bought a Peterson 8 ton car jack around 1999 and had lost one of the double lock pins. I called the main line for Peterson Products and spoke to Phil regarding if Peterson Products sells a double lock pin. I was informed that their company has not manufactured car jacks for many years. Phil gave me the number to someone who may still make the part, and also offered to see if he could locate one himself. In less than 2 hours, I received an e-mail from Bonnie, also with Peterson Products, who Phil had contacted, informing me that by chance she had the part ( she had been using it as a paper weight) and was mailing it out to me. Bonnie & Phil, thank you again for going the “extra mile” !

We purchased the flexible double test plugs and they worked like a dream. We didn't have to fumble around with compressors and air hoses to try and inflate little inflatable test balls. I only wish they had a distributor here in Calgary, Canada as they were expensive to have shipped here.

They were great to us. We needed a special bladder for a special application and it was hand made with exceptional service and followup. I would give six stars if you had them.

Our contractor got excellent results with the point repair packer. The flexible entry into the manhole was a significant advantage over other more rigid packers that might have been used.

PLUG, INFL, MULTI-FLEX™, 2" DIA Bought this product over the summer. I needed to temporarily stop water flow from an old well that was drilled in the 1940's. This product is made with quality! My Company deals with two different suppliers for two different types of pipe plugs. Over the years we have come to rely upon both. Nether have let us down. Peterson is our go to for bag plugs and working with Phil and staff is always a pleasure.

Bought (17) 3.5" Pipe Plugs at a cost of $800.00 plus. 9 out of the 17 were sub-standard and were totally different from website description. Would not hold at low pressure. Less than 10 p.s.i. Cost my company a days work and Petersen stated I could ship the sub-standard plugs back at my cost and a decision would be theirs's to refund or not. Beware of what the website states on item description you could receive total garbage.
