Mason Energy is a new company distributing and installing the Gree Brand Ductless Heat Pumps (Chinese) and we struggled with delivery of the product via their normal method. They disovered that their Wholesaler was less than equipped and responsive than would be desireable, and have made a change. The product was turned on today and is everythin they claimed. They were very helpful with the permitting process, and arranging for the Rebate from our Power Company, which made this investment more than economicalWe expect that we will be much more comfortable during the warm months and save home.

Called on a Saturday and he came out that day to service our gas heater. Was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Very responsive and professional.
