Installers Tanner and Matt M are 2 great assets to your establishment. They both provided professional workmanship, great teamwork, great communication, very hard working associates, and always a positive attitude throughout the entire installation. We are thankful that at the end of the long day they both worked that installation of a new furnace and air conditioner went great. We have "HEAT" :). The service technician was very respectful, professional, and discovered what caused our problem quickly. Because he hadn’t experienced this particular problem before, he took the time to check with a senior technician to ensure all was fine. He wore shoe covers and protected the work area with canvas. We called for annual service and they had an appointment the next day. The technician texted when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and politely answered our questions. He was clean and tidy, wore booties to keep the floors clean. We are extremely pleased Ed and highly recommend Air Flo.

I was pleasantly surprised to be 1st on Andy's list of service customers this morning. He came as promised; in and out by 9am. I value his courtesy & efficiency. This is is my 2nd house where Air Flow provides maintenance & occasional repairs. Very satisfied with Air Flow dependability!

Our AirFlo technician, Andy Goldsbury was excellent and completed our heat pump service quickly and professionally. He provided good insights into our future system upgrade options and signed us up for routine annual maintenance with AirFlo going forward.

Very thorough work to clean an older hvac vent system. They used several methods to clean and vacuum all the ducting throughout the house. After the work was finished and I turned on the heat, the air was noticeably cleaner in the house. The air flow crew has excellent customer service and was very professional from start to finish.

Our techs were on time, professional and personable. They worked hard to replace our entire heating system, including replacing our concrete pad. The work area was prepped before and cleaned up after. I am extremely pleased with the service from consult to installation to follow-up “training” on our system.

Eli was great. Got our propane fireplace up and running again and took time to explain everything to us in a simple, straight forward manner. Also reviewed our heating system and again took the time to explain how to make the most of it… Really appreciated all he did for us today…

Andy did a great job. All units nice and clean. Taught us what we should be doing in between the yearly maintenance (oops). Going to keep the whole house running smoothly and we’ll do our part every 3 months. Thanks a bunch!

The guys were great - very polite, and respectful. Deleting one star because of Air Flo’s confusing increased pricing. Our maintenance contract was $202 with tax, a bit more than the past years but understandable. Then we paid $62 on top of that because we have an additional head. These are the same two heads installed by Air Flo in 2017 and maintained by Air Flo ever since. We were quoted $400+ to clean the roller heads. Isn’t that just maintenance?

Air Flo discovered a small leak in a flare fitting during their annual service call. When I called to have the problem resolved, they were able to schedule a service call within a few days. They arrived during the scheduled time, notified me when they would actually arrive, and completed the repair within the repair window. I appreciate their professional work and timeliness to perform the repair. Thanks Air Flo.

Brennan showed up on time,(the day we called , no waiting) diagnosed the problem quickly and had the heat pump running in no time! He offered some helpful ideas after running some pressure tests and was informative on the future replacement of our aging heat pump !!

Eli and another tech, I'm so sorry but do not remember his name, arrived promptly. They were knowledgeable and friendly and found and repaired the problem. The service was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Thank you, guys. We have always been pleased with the service from AirFlo.

The tech was polite and thorough. Besides performing our annual system check he answered some questions I had about improving heat circulation between our floors. He also cleaned our furnace blower wheel, and added cost to our monthly preventive service contract.

We had Air Flo out to service a couple of units. Team could not have been better, from the kind person who booked my appointment to the very helpful tech that did the work. Great help and offered some good tips to keep running smoothly. 100% recommend.

Rcvd notification and a photo of the tech when he was on the way. He quickly evaluated the heat pump system both inside and outside units, using technology, and due to the far room Being very cold and not heating he climbed into the attic to check connections. Very much appreciated this. Great job Airflow

Andy came to see why our thermostat was dead. Turns out it was a wiring problem that needed any electrician (by code). He was very helpful and Air Flo charged us nothing for the visit. Highly recommend.

Humans answered the phone...same day service...super kind technician...reasonable fees for the initial visit. What more can you ask for! *Here's my concern*: The technician suggested that the burners be replaced. He took one out and showed me. Yep...needs to be replaced. The quote came back at over $2k!! I found the parts online for $35. I called Air Flo and asked why, and the answer was that their parts distributor only sells a complete heat exchange assembly. Ugh! We went back and forth a couple of time about whether it was possible for me to supply the parts or even buy them through them with a markup (even with no warranty) and the answer was always no. My only option was to purchase an entire heat exchange unit including the new burners. I understand the problem but there was an unfortunate lack of flexibility. I worry about an older person who just trusts that the suggested repair is what is actually required (when it is not). I will use Air Flo again for maintenance but make sure you read the quote for any project and really understand the repair and the costs associated with it. 5 stars before the quote, 3 stars after. Good people...not enough flexibility.

My husband and I are first time homeowners, we didn’t know much about our heating and cooling system. We called Air Flo to come and service it. Diego was punctual, professional and explained how everything worked so that I could understand and relay the information to my husband. He showed me how to change the filter and let me know what needed to be fixed. I’m so glad to know how our system works and to know that it is running well besides one electric air filter that we will eventually replace. Thank you Air Flo and Diego for the great service!

I cannot express enough how personable the 5 men you sent to install my system were. I was totally impressed at how efficient all of these guys were in doing their job. Best expierence ever.

Tech arrived on time, very friendly and efficient. He immediately texted the report and let us know that our heating system was in great shape.

I had a whole new variable speed, zoned Trane HVAC system installed at the end of 2021. Install crew was great, and the system has worked well until this year. First we had the main thermostat die, which was covered under warranty + labor. Fine. Next the zone control module died, which was "covered" under warranty but this time they charged me $150 to diagnose the issue (I told them it was the zone control, but they didn't put one on the truck) and then wanted to charge me $790 to install it. This is not a complicated job and should have been done as part of the "diagnosis." I found a new in box control panel online for under $200, installed it myself and have a working HVAC system again. Not the way to treat a customer who paid over $25k.

Air Flo Heating was helpful scheduling a time that fit into my schedule. The service provider was friendly and did a great job cleaning the dryer duct as well as the area behind my dryer. That was a nice touch. I would recommend this company.
