First started working with Joe getting a quote got 2 bids which the other was cheaper, but decided to get ranger since Mitsubishi is the “top line” he said which I googled and saw it too. We talked that he will put the drainage on the car port and the vent on the side of the house. So when the date of installment came Daniel was on time and he introduce himself. I let him do his job while I was doing my own with my 3yrs and 5 yrs kids. The job was quick so when I check outside I saw that the vent was mounted on my carport. So I called Joe and ask why it was mounted on my carport he said it was in the contract which I didn’t see on the instruction. And so I have to pay if we move it. I was so disappointed! Now I can’t close my carport if I want to get a garage since vent is there. So I have no choice if only Daniel check with me first right from the start what the plan is then there will be no problem! Well the job was done got no choice. Another thing Daniel have to come back two times to fix the drainage since it keeps on leaking my carport. It was finally fixed on the 3rd time when Jared was the tech that fix it. It was so disappointing and I regret that I chose ranger cooking and heating!

I have been impressed with Robby Courson's professionalism, honesty, and work ethic with each home visit. Robby truly cares about his customers and take the time necessary to provide detailed information on the product. We chose Ranger Heating & Cooling originally based on customer reviews and professional courtesy. We continue to hire Ranger because of those same standards. Having experienced lousy customer interactions with many service-oriented industries recently, it is such a pleasure to be on the receiving end of exceptional customer service. Crew was very prompt and professional. Took care to put booties on whenever entering the house and courteous of your needs. Very nice, professional installation and site picked up and cleaned after completion. Thorough walk through and explained any questions don’t hesrtate to call and they will be more than happy to come back out and help.

We were very pleased with the quick response, detailed information, professional and courteous staff at all levels. Our old furnace died in November on a Friday. Other businesses couldn't get anyone out to repair and replace it for 2-3 weeks. Ranger had it replaced on Monday for us. This week our electronic air filter quit working. Again we had a quick response with a simple fix at no charge. All of our questions were answered fully and information given about the latest models but with no pressure to buy. We will absolutely use Ranger again and refer our friends and family to them.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Ranger team — beginning with Dan who provided options and information so that we could make an informed decision, to the installation teams led by Matt and Scott. Everyone was very respectful and explained each step of the process. Before they left, they made sure to leave everthing as they found it, including my challenging gate. I would highly recommend Ranger Heating & Cooling.

Dan not only came out, spending an hour at my house without charge, but afterwards called me with more possible solutions from the owner of Ranger. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me try to resolve this situation even though they knew they wouldn't be selling me anything. I so appreciated their assistance, and the suggestions they gave were great!

They said the heat pump was fine, however, my air handler needed a new motor (1 year old). The motor was covered, but it would be $500.00 in labor. If I took their maintenance program it would only be $350.00. I felt they were taking advantage of an older single woman and I was being coerced into taking the maintenance program. I called another company for a second opinion and they said the air handler motor was fine, but tightened bolts on the heat pump (that was the noise I heard). I was told that the $500.00 in labor that Ranger quoted was a high amount. I immediately called Ranger to cancel the motor and informed them I would no longer be dealing with them.

That was fine, he did a nice job. Well, eventually he ended up charging me less because he didn't feel like he really needed to do more than the safety check, so he didn't feel like it was worth charging us the full maintenance fee, so it was a lot less. So, that was nice. He was a really nice guy.

From the evaluation to the completed job, everything went splendid. The company was professional and courteous. They even managed to get me in earlier than originally scheduled for my installation and during an extremely hot week!

Ranger did a great job. The estimators were friendly and thorough, the installers and team we encountered were all respectful and hard working. There was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat from the factory, they worked late and had to bring a new thermostat the next day, but the new one works perfectly. We will hire again for any other HVAC needs. We chose a higher quality AC unit and are glad we went with a quieter model, the unit is so quiet in the backyard.

Ranger Heating did a wonderful job with everything for the installation of our heat pump. All the staff are great, from Jeremy our consultant to the installers (Dustin and Robbie), there were all so friendly and professional in everything that they did. I highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

I will use them again.

They were out last week actually. The worker that I came in contact with was good. It was perfect they cleaned everything up.

Tech was prompt and efficient. Said he would email me an invoice along with info on the size of filters I needed to purchase, but must have forgotten. No biggie. Would definitely use again.

The installation was on time, but a couple of minor things required a return visit before the electrical inspector would sign-off. Scheduling inspectors in King County was a headache. Found out later the person at Ranger who was suppose to help coordinate was new to the job. Still the inspection is the owners responsibility.

They are awesome! All the employees are professional and very nice to work with. We plan to have them install a heat pump at our second home in the near future. I would recommend with no hesitation.

Quick response with a bid on the work. Prompt answers to my follow-up questions. Could have installed in 2.5vweeks but scheduled it got 7 weeks because it fit better with our schedule. Installers completed the job in one day. Work was neat, clean, and complete. Everything works great so far. Recommended.

Ranger is what you as a customer hope to find. Initial call for appointment was quick/personal and thorough. Ranger emailed us a pic. of tech rep. who would be performing the work, providing us with a secure way to confirm on arrival - very nice touch. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. We used Ranger's "special" and feel we got excellent value for the money. We will certainly use Ranger for any HVAC service and new product bids/recommendations. Ranger's overall customer experience is the best we've found anywhere. Thank you Ranger !
