Benjamin Heating And Cooling was incredibly professional, great customer service and trustworthy. They did an excellent job installing our new furnace and air conditioner along with relocating our air conditioner. They also went out of their way to assist us in finding an odd sized vent cover and dropped it off for us. I would highly recommend them!

I don't understand what's going on, we bought our furnace from Benjamin Heating, now I can't find them anywhere, this company shows up now. When I call the phone number I'm sent to a Day and Night company in Lynnwood, and they don't have a clue why they are getting forwarded my calls. Now I need service, I have no warranty after I paid so much money for this new furnace 😡

My first encounter with Benjamin Heating And Cooling was a very good one. I called for an emergency repair and was given an appointment the next day. The technician, Benjamin, arrived timely and replaced the broken part in less then one hour. He has a delightful personality, dedicated and competent. Top notch!!

Benjamin Heating And Cooling rescued my old, cranky furnace this past summer. They came out to assess my situation and gave me an honest, no pressure recommendation. Since then we've had excellent support from the Benjamin Heating And Cooling staff and technicians. Most recently they came out to assist us and went well above and beyond to get us taken care of.

Earnest was outstanding in the service that he provided last month.He came out the same day I contacted them,and arrived around 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He was not only very good at what he does, but he cares about his clients. I will continue to use Benjamin Heating And Cooling and recommend them to my friends based on their superior customer service.

Scheduled an appointment to fix a furnace, was told first appointment was 3 days out and required a $179 deposit. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm appointment time and was confirmed. 30 minutes after the appointment window received a text to reschedule a week from the due to hazardous weather. On the day on the second appointment (10 days without heat) I again called to confirm and was told the technician rescheduled again for over a week in the future, but no one had called to ask if that even worked. I requested a refund, which is being processed in the next 3-5 business days. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Told them I absolutely needed someone out same day to look at my gas heater. They gave me a window of 11:15am - 2:15pm. They of course called me 15 minutes after my window was over to tell me they don't have anyone for 10 days. How do they quote me a 3 hour window same day, and then change it to a 10 day window? Already had charged my card $200 bucks of course and killed my day when I could have been looking for someone else.

After Benjamin Heating And Cooling serviced our AC, everything with our new furnace and AC systems worked out great.The sales experience was top notch, scheduling and installation went great. Best of all we got a system that runs great.I am recommending their service to all of our friends and family.Thank you for your reliable service.

I have used Benjamin Heating And Cooling for years and their service has been superior. The technicians are prompt, courteous and efficient. Unlike a company that I formerly used, they rarely find a reason for extra costs. Highly recommended.

Benjamin showed up yesterday to do the annual service for my furnace and air conditioning system. He was prompt, and worked quietly and efficiently. He did a great cleanup when he was done.I was very impressed.
