Miguel was thorough, inquisitive, technologically knowledgeable and effective. Above and beyond what I had experienced from our past heating technician. We will definitely have Air Pros move forward with our annual maintenance and the modifications that we need to make the current system work properly.

We were about to list our home for sale and wanted our furnace serviced & inspected prior to doing so. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and Brad our technician communicated his arrival in advance and arrived without delay, in fact he managed to be a little early. He was very thorough and afterwards explained his findings and actions during the visit. We ended with him giving us piece of mind that our equipment was in good working order so we could confidently sell our home knowing the new owner would not have any obvious issues due to lack of maintenance.

From the installation to the annual maintenance these past several years, of our new furnace and heat pump, we are extremely happy with the honesty & high-quality service of AirPros Energy. Airpro installed our heat pump about 9 years ago and maintaining it since then. There are few technicians in the company but Everett P. was the guy whom we trust to do it. He is very friendly, thorough and no shortcut. We have other options for maintenance but once you trust a company you cannot afford to switch to others. Their services are not cheap but you get what you paid for. More reliable and efficient service. Highly recommend Airpro.

Everett came out to service my old and very grimy fireplaces. He did a great job and made them look almost brand new! Very happy with this service. Everett was very professional and friendly. We bought a Daikon heat pump from Air Pros a couple years ago and are extremely pleased with it. More importantly, the annual maintenance service Air Pros delivers Is always very timely, efficient, and professional. They take the time to explain what they are doing, and how the heat pump is performing and things to look out for to ensure ongoing performance of the heat pump. I have no problems highly recommending Air Pros to anyone. I recently had an issue with my heat pump and received excellent same day service to get it fixed by Everett. My above review continues to reflect the quality of their service. Brad, the service representative who performed the annual maintenance review of our furnace and heat pump, did an excellent job. He is very professional, thorough, patient, and explains very well the status of the equipment and what he's doing. I continue to be extremely satisfied with AirPros.

Very happy with service after the sale with AirPros Energy. A friend recommended them and now I can do the same. I required warranty service about six months after purchase and was pleased with the company's responsiveness and quick action. Brad is our tech. and really knows the product well. I'm disappointed only in the product needed warranty service so soon after install, but it was a manufacturing problem not an installation problem. AirPros Energy is a great local business and I've told several others about it already.

Highly recommend! We’ve used AirPros many times. Within our immediate family over the years they have installed 5 Mitsubishi mini splits in different houses along with replacing our gas furnace with a more efficient one. Today they serviced and fixed a tankless water heater. Their service tech Brad was right on time, friendly and efficient, very competent. Give Brad a raise, Mark! I recently had a furnace and heat pump installed by Airpros. The experience was very positive from the 1st visit by Jerry to provide an estimate, the installation by the two installers and their electrician and today by their service technician, Brad. Thanks for doing a great job installing and fine tuning my new system.

Brad diagnosed a problem with the AC that others had missed. He adjusted a valve successfully and we didn't need to install a new motor. I was extremely pleased with Brad's expertise!

Brad did an excellent job servicing my furnace and heat pump. He showed up on time, was courteous, explained all the work he did and even took a few minutes to pet my dog. AirPros installed my furnace and heat pump and did a good job. I recommended them to two friends who also had them install furnaces.

Justin was great to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and funny! He was clean inside the house, laying down blankets to protect the floors, vacuuming on his way out. He taught me the remote for the heat pump before he left. I cannot recommend him and Airpros Energy more!

An error code popped up on my Daikin heat pump, and I looking for a certified Daikin repair company, and AirPros was one of the companies on the list. I called on a Friday afternoon, and a mechanic was at my home by Monday morning. Everett was thorough and pointed out the issues, plus explained how I could improve other things with our unit. So pleased with the work, and we will definitely be calling them back in the future!
