They did a great job!

I was amazed at their straight forward approach from beginning to end! The man who answered the phone was responsive and interested in my dilemma of a washing machine that suddenly didn't work. He gave me the price of a visit and then he put me on the line with the technician so I could describe the problem. that was enough to give him an idea of what might be wrong and he could then arrive with the parts that he thought might be needed. His diagnosis was right on! Frankly this company was dynamite from beginning to end and I now have their phone and address on the washing machine so I can just call them directly next time! WOW! I recommend them highly! AND you don't have to talk to someone in Mexico city to locate a service person in Seattle!

This company was responsive, communicative and helpful. The technician who came to do the work was knowledgeable and friendly.

I called them - I had to call a couple of times b/c they were super busy. The Gent (Gary) came out to the house pretty quickly, worked on the fridge - we paid the base fee for having them come out. As soon as he left the fridge door started acting up again. He came back out - and then indicated that he would call back when the part came in. I never got a call back - we have since moved.

I had a leaking dishwasher. I called Nortech. They agreed to come the next day. I think his name was Gary - the repair person called before coming. Arrived when he said he would. Gave me the info on the cost. Found the problem. It turned out to be a fairly simple maintenance issue - so he was honest and didn't inflate the problem. He finished quickly and solved the problem. He also did some other minor maintenance. Excellent service.

He was prompt and knowledgeable. We hired him again!
