Cascade Mechanical maintained an aging heat pump for us over the past 6 years and they recently installed a new Trane heat pump. The service techs are all knowledgeable, friendly, and diligent. They are never in a hurry to get to the next job. The friendly office personnel have always scheduled service promptly.

Excellent experience. Kevin, the HVAC technician took the time to explain what he had found and what he needed to do to fix the problem. The air conditioning units are working well now.

Cascade Mechanical staff has always been very easy to work with. They don’t do heavy pressure sales, but give us the best options for heating and cooling products. They’re very fast and efficient with installs.

Very responsive service. Initially, scheduling was out a couple weeks, they called me back and were able send a tech the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable too and fixed the problem quickly. I didn’t have to wait for parts.

The installers, AJ, Crispin and the electrician Mark (I think that was his name) were very professional, knowledgeable and all worked well as a team. 16 yr old outside a/c had a bad smell into our home. Cascade Mech came out within 10 days. Other companies said 2 months. Cascade tech identified the part needed and would come back within next week after ordering part. Part put in and works very well. Great service and we are happy with the bill too.

Crispin, from Cascade Mechanical, cleaned the ducts in our HVAC system at our home in Mazama. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He called us to let us know when he would arrive and was very prompt. We also had good communication from the office staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cascade Mechanical.

My schedule is fairly busy, and they always seem to be flexible enough to make it work for both of us. Cascade Mechanical to the rescue!! Chris did an excellent job today getting our unit up and running- we have AC again. We called them earlier today (Friday) and he came out and stayed until past 5pm to get our heat pump working. They honored their work from last year and I really appreciate that!!

Furnace wasn’t working, called the office and got super friendly Nikkita. Explained the issue and she said would get me on the schedule (yesterday.) Jan, also super helpful, called not 20 minutes later and said they had a tech in the area and they could be to my place in 30 mins. Chris showed up all smiles and professionalism. Diagnosed the issue, got the parts ordered and said they should be in the following day (today.) Parts showed up this morning, Nikkita called early afternoon to confirm I was home, Chris showed up not long after and got my heat working. Top notch professionalism from the first call to the handshake goodbye. Would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC service or repair.

I called and even though they don’t have anyone working in Oroville, they had a repairman at my mom’s home within 4 hours. And a second guy came and worked up the bid to replace the system the same day, too. They were fast and efficient and now she has a new heat pump that will outlast her, for sure. No more worries and just in time for summer. Thanks Cascade!

Dan did a great job and provided excellent customer service. We really appreciated the free inspection they provided a year after they installed our furnace.

Our air conditioning went out last night and family was on their way over for the weekend. So this morning we called 3 businesses for help. One was booked 3 weeks out, one didn’t return our call and Cascade said they would be out in the afternoon. It was an easy fix and we are back in business. Thank you Cascade!
