Peninsula Heating and Cooling

Service tech arrived on schedule and did a neat and professional job. I am a repeat customer. The company recently changed its name from Peninsula Tank Services, but the staff and the level of service are unchanged.

Very happy with the service. The price appears fair. They take care of the rebates, etc. so that is a real plus. We asked to change the location of the unit and they were totally accommodating. They recommended a Fujitsu unit and so far we are happy. It heats the area well and we hope to see how it cools once the sun comes out! Overall, I am very happy with their service. I will use them again if the need arises.

I was closing on the sale of my property in Port Orchard, WA in September. After the and quot;inspection,and quot; of the property it was noted on the report, that the system and quot;mightand quot; have to be replaced in the future. The following day, my cooling system stopped working. As everyone in the Pacific Northwest knows, it was an unusually warm fall and little rain. I had an out of town guest and it was hot in my upper level. I contacted Peninsula Heating and Cooling the following day, and they were at my home as they said they would be. The problem was resolved with repacement of several switches and parts. In addition, Jim called in his colleague, to help him analyze the situation. I can't help but value professionals who seek other opinions. <br />
