Very satisfied with service and personnel who were friendly and professional.

The installation itself went ok, but was quite expensive. I required some tech support afterwards (eg, help with the remotes, with some technical issues) that required a brief 10 minute visit from the tech on a couple occasions. Each time I was charged more than $100 in labor. So the support for this new system was expensive. About 1 year after the installation, the system failed. Since it is a backup system (heat+A/C), I didn't call Benoure to repair it until about 18 months after the installation. The tech visited, didn't even look at the outdoor compressor, and told us that we just had the remote set incorrectly. In fact, the tech was incorrect and we understood the system better than he did. After some phone calls, and more visits by plumbers, a plumber actually made the diagnosis-- he told me that it was because the fluid in the lines had leaked, and since the pressure in the system was low, the compressor failed. The compressor was covered by manufacturer warranty (thank you Mitsubishi), but Benoure found a way to charge us for many hours of labor for the replacement of the compressor and to fix the leak. By the time this was finally fixed (2 months after my initial call), the A/C season was over anyway. I asked for the labor on the repair to be covered, since the cause of the failure was the poor installation (fluid leak), on a unit that was only just installed 18 months prior. The customer service rep on the phone laughed at my request, but referred me to a business manager. Eventually, the business manager called me back and told me that I am entirely responsible for paying for this spendy repair. Even though this expensive unit they installed failed within 18 months, they would not guarantee any of their work. Afterwards, the business manager admitted that the compressor on the Mitsubishi unit is very time-consuming to replace, and that they should have just had Mitsubishi provide an entirely new unit and they could have just swapped them out, with much lower labor costs. But it was too late for me -- they are still charging me for the multi-day, multi-tech repair (at high hourly rates), even though they admit that in retrospect it was the wrong way to have repaired it. Although the unit works now, I have no confidence that it will last beyond another 18 months. In summary, they sold me an expensive system and would not back up their work when it failed 18 months later. So now they have profited by charging me excessively not just for the original installation, but also for a lengthy repair.

They show when they say they will! They are a fine company and do a good job. The staff is very pleasant and professional. I will continue to use their service.

Great service although a bit pricey. Takes awhile to get an appointment but they are very responsive with an emergency situation. Professional staff, clean up after themselves very well. Very pleased with their service over the years and if they are a bit more expensive, it's worth it to me because I know the work will be top grade.

All work was provided as promised and on time.  The workers were very professional and caring.  The system works great.  I have the option to add more heating zones in the future and would absolutely return to this company for any future work. <br /> <br />

They are very good for big jobs, but you need to be a dedicated costumer. They are very busy so if you have a smaller job, it takes a while for them to get you on their schedule. If you work with them often, they will make the time.

My only complaint is that I had to schedule an appointment several weeks in advance. That was not a big problem, though, since it was not an emergency situation. The plumber arrived promptly on time on the scheduled day. He was able to install the frost-free outside faucet, and repaired the bathroom faucet without having to replace the whole thing. The price for the work seemed very reasonable to me.

They came on time and checked our heating system.

On first attempt to run heat/furnace this Fall found that furnace would not fire up. Cycle would start but shut down before ignition or blower fired up. <br /> Called Benoure. They could not get to me for a few days, which was fine because the outdoor temperature did not make this an emergency for us. This is why I graded a 'B' for Responsiveness. <br /> When technician arrived he went through a very logical diagnosis procedure from simple to more complicated, tried cleaning the burners, changing one of the of igniters, and checking/changing pressure switches. The unit would still not start up, or at least would not remain running for very long. After eliminating all these other possibilities he concluded it was most likely a problem with the control module/board. He made several calls trying to find a compatible module locally, but could not. It would have to be ordered from the factory and the cost would be $500. That's a lot, but much less than a new furnace which was the only alternative. Gave the go ahead for ordering the new module, took about 5 days for it to arrive and to hear back from Benoure. <br /> Technician came back out to install the new module which, while compatible, was not identical to the original unit. Some adjustments and adaptations were required to get it mounted and all the connections made to the new module. This took him awhile, but he got it all done and it worked the first time he tried firing it up. Unit has been working great for the past 2 weeks. <br /> While $800 (including labor) is not cheap, it is much better than if I had been forced to replace the entire furnace. I was very happy with the knowledge, communication and professionalism of the technician. <br />

.They (2) came in did the installation, gave training on using the new system, cleaned up and left. I liked their work so much they came back the next year to install a stream humidifier on the furnace. Again a great job. I have since called them for issues and they have been helpful on the phone. I wanted to schedule work to be done but I waited too late and they were already booked when I called. My neighbor also used them for his heating and central AC install. I would recommend them!!! <br />

They are awesome. They are quick to do the installation and right to what we said in the contract. Everything has been done. If there were questions they involved me. Overall, very satisfactory work. When they came for the quote they took the time to educate with me for two different options. He was very patient in explaining and taking the time to answer my questions. The price was not the lowest but I felt comfortable with the company and looking at the long term service. I recommend them.
