My boiler was not heating my home properly and with the cold weather coming I needed to get it fixed fast. I contacted Griffith Energy and Strosnyder to come out for service work. Both companies told me it would be 2 weeks before they could service the house because I did not have an existing account. They eldueded to the fact that IF I already had an account, they could service me faster. Not willing to wait 2 weeks, I called CW Mossor and Carl was able to come out within hours and service my system. He was quick, professional, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and even provided estimates for work that will need to be done in the future. The entire process was a relief and I will definitely use him for all my future heating and cooling needs.

Called on a Monday morning! This guy was here an hour after my call! And my house was starting to warm within the hour!!! Best part of all was the price was perfect and affordable!!! Give this guy a shout he will get you warm quick!!

I worked with Carl on installing a new oil boiler. He was very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Out of the 8 contractors that gave me estimates, he was the only one that was willing to discuss my options and listen to my concerns. He went above and beyond to help me obtain financing as well.

Excellent communication and service. Carl gave specific times for the appointment versus large windows of time that we were use to with another company. He was efficient. He explained and showed me the issue at hand. Carl also made me aware of potential issues with a contact and capacitor which after seeing their physical condition, excessive rust, I agreed to replace. This was the third time that we used Carl of CW Mossor. Each time he was asked to look at the issues we were having he provided quick turnaround of each service. He has been very courteous and very knowledgeable of what the issue was and how it needed to be corrected. We recently bought a new home and was concerned that the AC unit was not working properly. We had a Home Inspection done but was not aware that Home Inspectors are not allowed to actually look at the units. We asked Mr. Mossor to perform an HVAC Service Inspection after we took possession of the new house and he discovered that the Gas Heat exchange was cracked in three places. He immediately informed us that it was not safe to use. He was able to get us a new system within a week and install it. If he had not discovered the cracks in the heat exchange we would have turned the heat on when the season changed and possibly risked our lives to gas fumes or even worse. I would highly recommend his company to anyone that wants a professional and experienced technician. Thank you Mr. Mossor for your honesty and dedication to providing top notch service while giving the Homeowner the peace of mind that the job was done right.

Mr. Mossor was on time and always letting us know he was on his way. He carried all equipment needed to cover and keep my floors clean and without scuffs. When he left we couldn’t tell he had been here aside from the quiet new ac system. He works efficiently and quietly. You’ll forget he’s there he’s so self sufficient and deliberate in his work. There is never a surprise at the end. He honestly lays out all options up front and allows you to make choices on the options available. He is the expert but left me in control because it’s my job site. He interacts in a very dignified and respectful manner. My wife never felt insecure in his presence. His pricing is reasonable which is refreshing because with him you’re getting the best there is without paying exorbitant price. It was apparent watching his interaction with the county inspector that the inspector recognizes that his work is quality and knows he can stamp approval with clear conscience. We couldn’t be more pleased. You’ll be cheating yourself if you go with someone else. No one out there can equal his experience.

My AC blower malfunctioned & was no longer blowing cold air. I called Carl with CW Mossor & he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and returned the next morning with the part that was needed. He had the AC up & running in no time.
