I scheduled the time with all tech. Then I decided to change the time and they were available to come sooner. All tech arrived and we walked through the unit to show all the areas that needed cleaning and where some spots were. He arrived, started and finished on time. The carpets looked great when he was done and dried quickly.

SCOTT HENDERSON, THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND WHO HAD USED HIS SERVICE FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. OUR BROTHER-IN-LAW THEN USED THIS SERVICE. BOTH PEOPLE HAD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SCOTT, SO WE TRIED HIS SERVICE. WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. IT WAS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING JOB WE EVER HAD. OUR TEN YEAR OLD CARPETS LOOKED LIKE NEW. I had a no-heat situation on a cold day, Alltech Services responded that day. Phone calls were always returned promptly, the service technician was on time as promised. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, explained the cost/benefit trade-offs of multiple optional solutions to my problem, had his parts over-night delivered and repaired the gas furnace the following day.

Service technician was prompt, found the promblem quikly and made repairs within the hour.

I email Alltech around 7:00am to set up an appointment. Within an hour, an Alltech employe called me and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. The technician was extremely efficient and straight to the point (all my questions were answered and the whole process was clearly explained). Great service!
