Their very polite and tried to be helpful. It took multiple times to get the system to work. I felt some things should be under warranty It comes to find out it was the motherboard. They were trying to be helpful but not sure why it took so long to get it fix.

Didn’t feel like I got anything for my over charged visit.

Vailes was not the least or most expensive HVAC contractor that made a proposal to us for our new mini-split system. They were the most responsive to our questions and provided the best design. This was done about 3 1/2 years ago. The system has worked very well. We did experience 1 hiccup this past summer when a design flaw prevented the system from draining properly. While trying to address the problem, Vailes responded promptly to our calls, made three timely service calls and fixed the flaw without charging us. The system has continued to work well ever since. They were extremely professional and more than fair in their treatment of us. We are very appreciative and will look to them to expand the system in an upcoming addition.

Vailes was on time and completed the install job in a prompt fashion. Great service, kept the area clean and me informed of the steps during the install process.

Great efficient installation, but after a year or so there was a defect in one of the pipes. They worked it out with the manufacturer and had it fixed immediately. Would highly recommend.
