Brian and Abby installed a Carrier air handler today. So pleasant and professional! Great work and not a sign that they were even here beyond a new, clean, well cooling unit. I didn’t think Air-Row could compete with the price another vendor had provided. Shane asked me to give him a chance. A significant $750 savings and $1,500 savings on the highest bid. Wow, I am impressed with this company! This wasn’t the first company we called, but they were the first that could immediately come out and help with our upstairs AC unit. I appreciated the quick assessment and not being pushed to buy a new unit. A part was replaced and we are now feeling the cool air again! They will be our first call next time for sure!

This is my second HVAC system I’ve had installed by Air-Row. One was on a previous house I owned a few years back. Another excellent install by a professional crew. When my dryer vent became disconnected over a finished area of my basement, I called Air-Row and spoke with owner Shane who was very friendly and able to schedule same-day service for me. Technicians Brian and Ashton arrived less than 15 minutes later and were able to expertly diagnose and fix the problem in record time despite the limited access to the area where the vent became disconnected. They were friendly and provided outstanding customer service which is hard to find nowadays. I was absolutely pleased after using Air-Row for the first time and will definitely contact them again for anything HVAC related.

Air Row is the best HVAC company in the area! We called Air Row to my parents' house in Stafford to check on the heat and they were extremely kind, helpful, and honest. My Dad (who taught HVAC) had cobbled together the whole system to the point where nobody wants to touch it. It obviously needs to be replaced (which we plan to do with Air Row in the spring) but in order to get through the next few months we just needed a quick service. Air Row was super responsive and come out very shortly after we called them. They evaluated the whole system (all 3 of them) and helped us make the best decision without trying to oversell us on things we didn't need. Ben was extremely professional and helpful and we will be using Air Row exclusively for all future projects.

Air-Row is fantastic. It was long over due to replace our HVAC . Air-row not only responded the same day of a quote request but they came to my home the same day too. After a few other competitive quotes we decided on Air-Row. While Air-Row does not use contractor type equipment they also don't push for the high end expensive products. They understood what type of system we were looking for and gave us great quotes for two different systems. Took them about a week after the quote to install. Only took them about five hours to remove our HVAC and install the new one. They are great and understanding with working with us financially. Also provided us with a great warranty. They made this frustrating process pleasureful for us.

I have used Air Row on two occasions, once for heating and once for cooling. On both occasions, they were able to provide same day service. Heat was not working. They were able to take care of it right away. Brian was really professional and he had the knowledge of HVAC systems to fix the issue right away. Prices for their services are way better than any other companies out there. I would highly recommend them for any future services.

Time and time again we have called on these guys for emergency repair of updating existing equipment. We recently just had a whole home humidifier installed and the service and excellence that went with that is beyond measurable. Detailed instructions on how to use it and recommendations on when to change settings etc. This company is definitely our go to for all HVAC services.

Perfect! Prompt! Professional! Loss of heat around the Thanksgiving holiday. We have used Air-Row in the past, and didn't think twice about calling them to come out. There are no words with how impressed my husband and I are with this company! Our AC went out at night so we called and emailed to leave a message after hours. We also have a small infant and I was worried about her with the heat. They called at 7am the next morning and was at our house within the hour! They were super kind and knowledgeable, and shortly knew what the problem was after looking at our unit. They repaired the AC unit in less than 30 minutes. I will ALWAYS be an Airrow customer. A BIG thank you to the guys from Air-Row. The AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer in our small business. The gentlemen arrived quickly and on time as they promised. Although they had to order a part, they were able to get the AC going and we were comfortable again in no time. The cost of the parts and repair were very fair. These guys are the BEST.Been using them for the at least 16 years,2 heat pumps last one just installed and hot water tank.Always on time good pricing and GREAT work.

On the holiday Monday, my dad's furnace went out. I called and spoke with Ben at 8:30 am. He was there by 2:00, had the furnace fixed -- and the price was great; especially for a same day call !!! I would definitely recommend Air Row :)

Great service and expertise. A comfort in more ways than one. We had our new heat / ac unit put in by Air-Row. (They also serviced our old system that came with this house for 10 years.)

Fairly disappointed. They seamed more interested in selling a new unit than fixing the old. They sent me the wrong PDF quote. Several attempts to ask for details or the correct one went unanswered. They came out today and said our Freon was low and we needed more Freon. When we checked the invoice showed they didn't add any. We called the guy as soon as he left the driveway, but he said he would have to come back and charge us for another visit to add the Freon. We are going to call a more professional AC company.
