At best, Waco, Inc., was unprofessional and sloppy throughout the project. They left the work premises dirty and in disrepair. They accessed personal items in areas where no work was performed and without need. In entering areas unnecessarily, Waco Inc., damaged a multitude of items. In one case they entered deep into a room where work was not being performed. For what legitimate reason would any contractor move items or rummage through any non-work location? None. Best case scenario, they were nosy, saw an item or a tool they wanted to use, or were too lazy to bring and didn’t care what damage was caused along the way. Worst case and something I loathe to say because it’s so severe, but worryingly true, at least one item is missing. Items and areas in the work areas and well beyond were left in varying degrees of disrepair and unclean. Art, antiques, furniture - were damaged. Walls were left marked and scuffed. Lights were left on. In the end, Waco Inc., damaged more items than they repaired and left the worksite, without fixing and saying nothing of the damage they left behind. Hopefully, the missing item will be returned, and I won’t learn of any others.

While removing our attic asbestos, Waco’s employees damaged our ceiling. For a year (since June 2024) we have tried to get them to come and repair the damage they caused, and they still have not shown up.

Dependable, professional and reliable. I have worked with Waco several times both personally and professionally and would recommend them to anyone in need of asbestos abatement. They did a great job and are the only company I will use for asbestos related issues.

WACO did an asbestos project for me back in August 2005 when it was being considered for a central office. The property has changed hands and is owned by a municipality that i serve as property chairman. Developer is ready to close and WACO was able to find the project and email to town manager information the should satisfy the bank, building inspector, and developer. I believe it was Jesica that went through the files. Thank you WACO. Buck Brockwell

Very unprofessional. At 6 PM on June 7, 2019, the passenger in a Waco Inc vehicle, license plate WACO 37, flipped off my daughter while driving down the interstate. She’s a new driver, still with a permit, and the rather than showing patience to other drivers on the road, the best the Waco employee could muster is to degrade my daughter with non-verbal cursing. If this is how they act on the road to people that irritate them, imagine the service you get if they don’t like you as a customer.

I'm just going on here to leave a review because of one the trucks recklessly driving. He was tailgating us and then sped past us to tailgate another car. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Truck license was Waco 178. To reply to whoever messaged back, we passed the MMRBT heading towards Suffolk.

I called this company today and they only had a voice mail with no one to answer questions about product. Their website sucked as well.

July of 2024 through Project Homes WACO was contracted to handle lead and other safety hazards. The project was hurriedly done. The greatest problem has been the placement of tile over a floor that continues to be wet because of improper connection of kitchen sink to the water flow. Perhaps my wording is confusing; therefore I have asked that Mr. Lewis once again view the problem. The floor is now quite weak in the kitchen; the same is true in the bathroom where connections to water flow through the faucet is incorrectly done.✅

Did a thorough and professional job, but did miss one patch under a bookcase. We would use them again.
Called and obtained quote on 6/16/2014. Project Manager (Louis Walker) called and said he had an opening on 6/20/2014 and said he could do the work sooner than expected. Kevin (Foreman?) and 3 others showed up on time and went to work on the floor. Job involved moving some heavy furniture around. They finished in less than 6 hours. Since other reviews indicated that air quality tests had been performed, I requested a copy of the report from the General Superintendent (Marshall Taylor) and was told he'd mail it to me, but it's been more than two weeks and I still haven't received it. I called and left email messages but never received a response. While the work was performed satisfactorily and quickly, there was no follow-up and the Project Manager never contacted me to verify the project was completed correctly and provide me with a certified copy of the air quality test results.
I was very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the work they did, and was assured by the air quality test that was done at completion.
A local competitor quoted me at $2,400 for the 10' x 14' vinyl floor removal. I called Waco and their rep came out quickly. I told him I was going to remove all cabinets, trim, and vents before the floor removal. With me doing some of the leg work, they quoted me at $1,400. How could I pass that price up? We agreed on an appointment a few weeks later (the delay was my request). They showed up on time and ready to work. The man who came to my house to give me the quote (Keith M.) also came out that morning to supervise the set up and double check the foreman's plan of action. He left after he felt they were headed in the right direction. I was glad that he took the time to come by and double check his workers. The removal went fairly quickly. They got the two layers of vinyl flooring out down to the subfloor in about 3 hours. They contract a laboratory to run an air quality test after the removal but before they tear down the protective sheeting. Unfortunately, this air quality test takes over an hour. So they are left sitting in their truck outside with no other work to do until the lab gives them the thumbs up to tear everything else down. Not their fault I suppose. Payment was made after their work was done and they emailed me the air quality report from the lab. Should I ever need their services again, I will definitely hire this company.

It went fine. I liked the work. They scheduled me in a timely matter and did the job in less than a day. They were rather thorough about it as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

Months after the original quote, I phoned them and requested the work. They honored the original quote and did the work on short notice. They were prompt and the rest of the project moved on as planned.
