Incredibly responsive and great customer service. They were able to accurately diagnose my hvac issue and offered multiple options to fit my needs. Main was referred to me from a close friend of mine. They did not disappoint and I can say confidently they are a company you can trust! Thank you to Kelly for the great work!

We had an emergency, sort of, I contacted Main and within a couple of days they came to my rescue!! Justen and Christian were the ones sent. They were friendly and very professional!! Took them no time to fix my problem!! I would highly recommend them!!!!

Family business, found them because they're A+ BBB certified, the family vice president I spoke to on the phone twice was the installation team lead. I had nine on-site quotes, and this was the best deal for a quality product. The publicly traded corporations (who answer to shareholders, not the employee or customer), with fancy vans and commercials, charge double. This owner-operator's assisting employees seemed happy to work for him. Note: All nine of my quotes were with BBB A+ certified companies. I went with Carrier brand, Main an official partner. The one quote cheaper than Main was for a lower SEER grade, and a brand with abysmal reviews. Thank you, Kelly Main & crew!

I can't say enough positive things about Main! Our entire heating and cooling system was due for an overhaul. From the visit for an estimate to the post-installation follow-up, every employee was personable, respectful, and honest. They did top-notch work in a timely manner for a very, very fair price. We were able to have pipes, vents, and ductwork upgraded, plus energy-efficient machinery installed, all for the cost others quoted for only the installation of lower quality machinery. Very highly recommend working with Main.

I first had Wisler come out to check my ac and they told me it was empty and I would most likely need to replace it and would cost around $16000. Main came out and fixed my system which apparently had a bad capacitor and were able to fix my system in under $500. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Very honest people who are looking out for your best interest.

They were responsive, polite, and super knowledgeable! They also were affordable when compared with the other companies we called when we had issues with our AC. Justin came out to help us and knew exactly what the issue was right away and was able to fix it within an hour.

The folks at Main Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job on my gas furnace. They were able to find a part that no one else could find and installed it quickly. I have used Main Heating & Air at my house as well as at my business on several occasions. I cannot say enough good things about the company. The quality of their work is outstanding. Main sent two very competent and agreeable repairmen to solve our air conditioning (actually circulating fan) problem. They tried the least expensive solution first and got the system working. When that solution failed overnight, they returned the next day, performed the more expensive applicable repair, and the system is now working--and they gave us full credit for the first attempt! The repairmen, also happily took care of several other repair issues just to be nice! I think we've found our go-to HVAC company.

They were very professional when I called, and set up a service appointment quickly. Even though they had to order the part for my furnace, they kept me up to date with what was happening during the process. They went over the pricing of the service thoroughly before any work was done. They really went above and beyond with the service, and I will definitely use them in the future.

Kelly and his crew did a great job on installing a furnace and heat pump combination. Kelly provided good insight on the various systems available and the pros and cons of each system. After system installed he returned the following week to adjust the fan speed and make sure everything was working as designed. I thought this was a step above what other contractors would have done.
