I asked Chase Inc. for an estimate for 2 simple repairs. Beforehand I guesstimated about $350 tops for both combined. I was astounded by the estimates I received. The 2 estimates for the work (for new parts I did not need) totaled $2000+ to $3500+!!! Unbelievable! I hired another plumber who repaired everything perfectly in less than 1 hour and charged us $644. Never will I contact you again Chase. Never again. Avoid and beware.

This is the best heating, air and plumbing company you can contract. They have been amazing since we had our unit installed. Everything they can cover under warranty- they do. They go above and beyond to help us out as homeowners. I definitely recommend regular maintenance- not expensive and saves you in the long run. Joe, Greg, Carl- all great techs. The lady at the front desk is super friendly and always willing to make appointments around our work schedule. 100% recommend!

I didn’t purchase my hvac from Chase and that’s only because I was new to RVA and picked wrong! The initial install firm left me in mid summer with NO a/c, and a $10k repair estimate, 3 years after purchase. I called Chase and Jeremy arrived and immediately got the A/C working. Chase recently completed the needed repair. Everything is working beautifully and it didn’t require a downpayment on a fishing boat! THANK YOU JEREMY And THANK YOU RICHARD! They’re doing work and customer service as if you are a customer, and not just a consumer! I appreciate that. The only ‘gotcha’ here is a grateful customer! Don’t mess around, or roll the dice with your HVAC, there are HVAC SHARKS in these RVA waters , just call Chase!

Very unhappy with how this company operates. To be clear, my technician Paul was very sweet and helpful. I expressed it was the most I’ve ever paid for a system “maintenance” in my history of owning my home. The cost was not given upfront so I was surprised to see it was 4 x the usual amount I pay. No filters were changed, things were simply checked off a list. The fan speed was altered to improve circulation, but that had also affected how the home heats (not in an efficient way). It was helpful when it was warmer outside, but now my home won’t heat properly. I spoke to Richard via email a lot. He expressed if anything needed to be adjusted back that Paul could come by but neglected to mention the “30 day window”. Now that I’m noticing the heat isn’t slowly heating the home but blasting lukewarm air, I reached back out and I was told there’s a charge to change my settings back to how they were before the “maintenance”. I haven’t noticed any improvements in my heating or air since the maintenance. I also was given an 3k quote to improve the ductwork under the house. Overall, I liked my technician, but I don’t like how this company treats customers, especially for their price point. I received two additional quotes for some suggested repairs they gave me and both were half the cost and the companies are very highly rated and reputable. I’m having another company come and change my settings back as well as repair ductwork. Would not use again.

Nick truly went above and beyond to get our water back up and running after our main line burst. He helped get us scheduled earlier than expected, gave us an incredibly fair price, and guided me through the entire process. It was especially impressive that most of the quote could be handled online using their tools, which made everything faster and easier during a stressful situation. Chase has been my go-to for the past 15 years. They are the best. Saturday our downstairs heat was out. The technician offered support over the phone and I was able to get the system back up and running. We really appreciate this company and their incredible customer service.

We were in a real tight spot after some shoddy work from our home warranty company - our kitchen sink was clogged and we couldn't wash dishes in either the sink or use the dishwasher. We were worried that we would need some extreme solution like jackhammering into the slab or something else equally intense. Chase to the rescue! The techs who came out were professional, friendly, and GOOD at their jobs!!!! Thank so much for helping us out, and so quickly!!!!

Recently (January 2026) we woke up to a cold house. We were due to leave on vacation, so my wife called the answering service and left a message. When they opened, they called, and we explained we had a cold house and were due to leave on vacation. They quickly rearranged their schedules, sent a repairman, and had us up and running within an hour. You can't ask for better service!

Recently we were referred to Chase Plumbing by a close friend who used them. The phone service was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the next soonest appointment, next day. We had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Brad and Ryan who came out to do the service call. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, and had years of experience. They not only fixed our plumbing problem but they also helped us understand why it happened. I really appreciate them for that. They were also very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend Chase Plumbing to everyone. I also booked them for another service the next day given their fair pricing. I am one happy customer.

We have had Chase HVAC come out for several services to our unit and have had excellent experiences each time. All the techs we have met have been very friendly, and explain issues in a way that laymen can understand. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell or provide services that we didn't actually need. We most recently needed an after-hours service call when our heat had stopped working during a recent cold snap. They were at our house within about an hour of calling, and the tech provided an accurate head's up text before arriving. They have repaired services issues, provided seasonal inspections, and installed additional vents and thermostats for us over several years, and we will continue to call them when our system needs to be serviced.

I have been using Chase Inc for about 3 years for my HVAC. They repaired a leak and put in 6lbs of refrigerant in May 2024 the cost was $1250.00 in Sept 2024 the outside unit stop working so I call them back and explain the situation I talked to Richard Jones the first time I thought he was rude and abrupt before I could finish explaining my situation he abruptly said it would be $190 an hour for us to come out it was the weekend, The second time I talked to Nick and his comments were well it worked for 4 months. They finally did come back out and assess the issue. They said there was a leak. There was no refrigerant in it and they quoted me $1561.00 I’m not happy with the service or the cost I think there should have been some consideration I had just paid $1250.00 I wonder did they really repair it correctly the first time. I would like a refund.

Chase plumbing tried to take advantage of my elderly mother knowing damn well she was clueless to her issue. She had a leak in the ground and called them to do an estimate and check what the issue may be. Did they, NOPE. They sent her a quote of $6,000 to run 140’ of new pipe. The “techs” came back when I was there cause they forgot their tools so I asked them what they checked. They said they checked under the house. Mind you, the leak is 15’ away from the house in the yard. I asked if they checked the water meter possibly as it was full of water. They said no. I called a second company to come out that does FREE estimates. Within 10 minutes they found that the water meter seal was loose causing the flooding as the “puddle” was downhill from it. She paid them $125 which they even told her to contact the county which is now reimbursing her and adjusting her bill. Its sickening that Chase wuoted $6,000 for my mom to only technically pay $125.

Fantastic company! We've been using Chase for a couple of years now after a recommendation from my dad and I'm so glad we did. They are professional, courteous, and do quality work for very reasonable prices. When our upstairs heat pump died last year, they installed a new one a day after I called. Granted, good heat pumps aren't cheap, but their prices were good, especially for such quick, quality work. Jeremy and Brandon did a maintenance check for us today and they were both very thorough and friendly. Chase is the best around and we are forever customers!

Late on a Friday afternoon I had an emergency sump pump issue. I contacted multiple after hour plumbers and Chase Inc. called me back immediately. After speaking with the on call tech Brad, he stated he could be to my house within the hour to diagnose and repair as needed. Just as Brad stated, he arrived within the hour and was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service provided by Brad. He was outstanding!!!! Kudos to Chase Inc and especially Brad for their exceptional work and customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an HVAC drainage issue and with the recommendations we received from neighbors, we contacted Chase to remedy or problem. The office staff was extremely courteous and helpful scheduling an appointment right away. Travis was our Tech and I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail. He corrected our drainage issue and explained each and ever step of why we had the problem and what he did to correct it and what to do to prevent it again. We also needed a full PM on both of our HVAC units and again scheduled an appointment with Chase. Travis was our Tech again, and we again received exceptional service from him. they truly have an asset in this man. He found a couple of problems and corrected them on the spot. This is a great company to work with. No issues, very professional in all aspects and has great pricing. Chase has earned all of our business and anyone needing HVAC or other work done under their umbrella, call them, you won't be sorry. It's great having a company that cares.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our basement bathroom tonight and we were obviously very worried about it. Dylan and Brad came out at a very decent response time from when I called and provided services like no other company we have hired for plumbing issues. They were respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in great detail and answered all questions we had. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to come out and help us late at night. I 150% recommend this company and recommend these two technicians. Great job! My new 'go to' plumber. We have lived in our home for over 25 years. We have had the need for plumbers throughout that time for various things - big and small. I had come to DREAD calling any of the plumbers we have used - cost, not responding, leaving us hanging for days/weeks, doing a job and leaving in the middle every time to go buy parts, etc, etc, etc. I have used Chase twice now - first time because my previous plumber - never showed up or called. Never. And that was someone who has been around a long time and I thought was as good as it was going to get. So - Chase came the first time, within 24 hours, gave us a window of time for the visit, did the work without having to leave and come back, did a great job, was pleasant and talked to us all as if we had brains, and the cost was very reasonable. Nobody wants to have to fix the plumbing, but if you have to - that is what you are looking for. So - I called them again for the next issue (new refrigerator, needed icemaker hooked up as well as remove a previous plumbers bad choices from a previous refrigerator). I called around 5 pm, they were here the next morning. They came in, talked to us like we had brains, once again, gave us options - and then set about doing a professional job. And all at a reasonable price, within the range I had set in my head. After a mistake on our part with filling out the check, they called to request a new one, and were, again, pleasant on the phone. Nobody wants to have to call a plumber. Its almost as bad as calling the dentist. But, honestly, Chase makes it - not so big of a deal. The costs are what I expect, the work leaves me without worry, they finish the project in a very reasonable amount of time, not over days with trips to get supplies, and they treat you with respect. What more could I want? So glad we found them - again - all because the previous plumber never even showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call us and tell us they weren't going to show up...

If you are looking for an honest, dependable, and well-priced local plumber, Chase Heating, Air, & Plumbing is a MUST TRY. Robert, one of the Chase technicians, carefully fixed lingering plumbing issues. He provided a detailed explanation of his diagnosis so we could make an informed decision before proceeding. Robert completed the job in perfect timing and was very thorough. Ask for Ashley or any of the Chase Team to schedule a visit. For approximately 30 years i have been a customer of Chase and have been satisfied up until the past 3 or 4 year when they started sending the wrong technician. I even requested that he not be sent anymore after he did a shoddy job at servicing my furnace. Every time, they would send him and every time I would end up in the cold a few days after his work was done. For the past 2 hears he has been telling me how I needed to replace my heating system. Either he didn't know how to fix the problem or he was unwillling to. Today I used a different company and the tech fixed the problem within 2 hours. My heat doesnt shut off constantly, I don't have to crawl under my house every few days to reset the furnace, there's no more weird smells coming thru my vents, and I definitely dont need to replace my furnace. When a company looses a 30 year customer that should tell them something. A little honesty goes a long ways. When that ends, it's time to move on. The problem with my furnace was a simple fix that the Chase guy either couldn't or wouldn't do. EDIT: On November 20th, I was contacted by Richard Jones from Chase concerning my last appointment. He was apologetic and said that he was unaware that I didn't want the particular service technician to service my furnace and said he would make a notation of my request under my account. Mr. Jones also refunded my payment. That was a very kind gesture and was helpful towards the cost of fixing the problem. I would now consider using Chase for future service now that a refund has been issued as long as a different technician does the work.
