BEWARE, I was charged $676 for an inspection when I requested a service call. I had a different company service the system the next day for almost 50% less of the cost of their inspection, plus they sent a repairs quote for over $4K that turned out was not needed.

My AC stopped working yesterday. I called around 10:15pm and had a prompt response within minutes that Tony and Andrew would be here first thing in the morning. They were able to diagnose my problem within minutes and had my AC back on in no time! They also provided insight and training on how to better maintain my AC system! Thanks guys! Much appreciated!

These guys are great. It's hard to come around a professional and knowledgeable service company but they are it. I am very impressed and will definitely refer others to them.

I was very upset and not sure who to call when my basement was flooded. When Joe answered my call, he made me feel like he really care about my worries and frustration. He said he would send someone out immediately to assess the situation and do what they can to help. These people are very professional and courteous and respectful. They did an amazing job cleaning up my basement and organizing the damaged items. Nick and Sam are always available to answer my questions and concerns. They worked really hard to get my basement ready to be rebuilt. They are the best. I am so glad I found Drying Tech of PWC to take care of my flooded basement. 5 stars rating is a must!!!! I would give Drying Tech the highest recommendation. My humidifier leaked through the night, and my laundry room, music studio and family room were flooded partially. I called several water damage specialists and received different estimates, some even through the phone. Mr. Alvaro Ruano of Drying Tech came immediately, wearing mask, gloves and shoe covers, and the tools to complete the inspection. He was very efficient in his evaluations while explaining to me why and what he was doing. I asked him all kind of questions which he answered clearly and kindly. He did not exaggerate the damage or work needed, as one other company did. Mr. Ruano and his family own and operate Drying Tech. This factor, besides his impeccable professionalism and empathy (rare in larger companies), allowed him to give me a great discount. He and his assistant (his nephew) also washed the rest of the basement carpet, at no extra charge, so that the carpet would look evenly clean. Drying Tech services 24/7 days a week, repairs water, mold, fire and smoke damage, and also insulate attics. They give military discounts and more. I am so grateful and impressed by this company. They are definitely proud of their work and they should be.

REVIEW OF DRYING TECH SERVICES FOR MOLD REMEDIATION, JANUARY 2020. Independent testing revealed mold in our kitchen due to water damage from a faultily installed dishwasher. DRYING TECH did an excellent job removing the mold. The staff was friendly, accommodative to our scheduling needs, efficient and in all respects careful. The staff also gave extremely valuable advice by recommending a company with experience in a superior method for the possibility to remove and replace a lower kitchen cabinet below a granite counter-top. All contractors consulted earlier must have thought this method not to be possible. In view of all of the above I have no reservations to recommend DRYING TECH and give the full five (5) stars. Drying Tech is one of the best companies out there. Al and his company arrived in less than 2 hours after the call and were able to remediate the mold and water damage immediately. He also referred us to a great contractor who did a phenomenal job in helping us repair after remediation. I can't recommend them enough!

There was a leak in my basement. It was dripping. Over the years there was slight mold built up. As soon as we realized it we called Drying tech. They did a phenomenal Job in sanitizing the location, by creating a small containment for the affected area. Al is an excellent Guy who does a fantastic job.

Drying Tech contacted me within 2 minutes of submitting my request and were out the next day to help begin with my mold remediation. Al & his team were very knowledgeable and personable. They came up with a solution to get rid of the mold and repair my wet floor boards without having to cut them out and replace them. I appreciated that!
