I reached out to Chamberlain Services for help with my erratic heater. John came over and got everything working again. I highly recommend John and his company for HVAC and other services. Extremely professional and highly skilled!

<p>Chamberlain is great!  They were referred to me by a friend and came out to inspect our system before we bought our current home which was built in 2003.  The HVAC was doing ok at the time but 2 months after we moved in conked out 3 times in the heat of the summer.  Chamberlain was there right away to fix it and always explained the reasons why.  John also told us during our fall service that given the problems we'd had over the summer and his inspection of the systems, that the builder grade HVAC that was installed wasn't the right size or powerful enough to adequately push the air through the duct work.  We knew we were going to have to replace it come this spring but they never pushed - just gave us information and guidance.  We interviewed multiple companies this spring to replace both units and many pushed top of the line - Train, etc - and costs were between 16 - 18k.  Chamberlain never pushed us to go top of the line and gave us options that were above average yet reasonable given that we had two zones..  John and his son were punctual, always friendly and courteous, clean and got the job done in 4 days for a total of $14,000.  We have a service contract with them and they are always there the same day we call with any issues.  We've never had to wait more than a few hours for them to come out.</p> <p>If you want honest, industry experts in HVAC then Chamberlain Services is who you want to call!</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

So, I asked a major HVAC system distributor for a recommendation ...someone who was experienced, honest and would get it right the first time. They were punctual, courteous clean, and quick. All my many questions were answered quickly and included enough background for me to make decisions, such as on a thermostat. Great service right from my initial telephone call. Needed HVAC repairs; they came out right away, figured out the problems quickly )(old HVAC), recommended solutions based on how much longer I planned to keep the unit (rather than spending me to death!), and made the repairs right then. The guy and his son did most of the work, they worked well together and very conscientious. The price was good too.

John has replaced our water heater, several parts on our 18 year old furnace and A/C unit and he always gives us the estimate before the repair. We have called him on weekends and evenings and he has always been able to squeeze us in some how.
