Comfortable Climate and Heating owned by Jason, a most honorable business. We have been a customer for 8 years. They came out quickly to work on our minisplit unit. Jonathan diagnosed the problem and kept me up to date on repair status. I would highly recommend this company for AC repair service.

I had a little plumbing emergency a little after 9 PM in which a valve on an ancient water softener in my utility room began leaking very badly, turning into a stream rather than the slow drop it had been for a long time. I tried turning the valve all the way off, but it continued with a steady leak. I tried wrapping plumber’s tape around it, but to no avail. I started getting panicky, thinking of it getting worse and worse and my utility room being flooded by morning and my well run dry. I looked up 24 hour plumbers in the Gloucester, Virginia area in a Google search. I called one and only got voice mail. I left a voice mail, waited a minute, then called another one, again just getting the voice mail. My panic mode was increasing faster than my leak. I called the next advertised 24-hour plumber at Comfort Climate Heating and Air Conditioning and, thank goodness, Jason answered the phone. I texted photos of my water softener to him and he looked at them and gave me verbal instructions for bypassing the water softener so the streaming leak would stop, but I would still have water coming out my faucets. What a relief it was to see the stream of water slow down, then become s drip, then stop altogether. Disaster averted! Jason would not accept payment for the telephonic assistance he provided, but when I am ready to get a new water softener installed, Climate Control will definitely be the one I call!

My toilet tank cracked and leaked two days before I was having 15 people over for dinner. I wanted to replace the tank only, but both companies I called would only replace the entire toilet - which was much more expensive I didn't have any more time to shop around so I used Comfortable Climate because they were recommended by a family member who had used them last year to install two new toilets and they could come the following day. The employees I dealt with were courteous and professional. They arrived on time, removed the old toilet and installed the new in a reasonable amount of time and left the work area clean. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them.

If I could leave no stars for this horrible company, that would be too many. Called on a Saturday due to a problem with our heat. The sent out a helper (their word) was nice but due to a slight delay, the owner, Jason, called his helper and was bent out of shape because he assumed he was "standing around wasting time and money." We had a broken thermostat, and they wanted $100 to replace it (connecting five wires), $100 for a fuse (even though we had aone on hand) and $199 for the service call. We had to wait for the helper to go get a new fuse. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely by a business owner and treated with such distain. We are on a contract with them, so they service our HVAC regularly and are paid upfront for a yearly contact. We are supposed to receive a 10% discount on any repair -- we didn't get the discount. When leaving, I asked for a receipt and was told they could email it. They were also disappointed we were paying by check. Hire another company.

We have set up an annual maintenance program with Comfortable Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. I doing so we dealt with a most helpful, courteous and informative employee who answered all our questions. A first visit was scheduled and the technician provided advance notice of her arrival. She was professional and provided important information about our system. Overall, we are very much satisfied with our initial experiences and would recommend this firm.

My ac suddenly stopped working in the middle of a heat wave they got someone to come and diagnosis the problem and then have someone come after hours to install a new system. Everyone was very professional and kind.

From the time I made the appt for maintenance, until the time it was complete, we received nothing but professionalism. The young lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful explaining what would take place and when. We then received updates (text and email) along the way from the tech and the business, explaining who would be technician completing the service call and when they would be there. They arrived early and completed the service early. Both technicians were extremely professional and respectful. Would recommend highly.

Due to Covid 19 there was a short supply of 75 gallon water heaters. Other plumbers could not find any. It took an extra day put they found one. All is good.
