Quick response to come check my outside unit and order the part that day Very friendly and price was affordable for me. I definitely will use them again. If you get a price from somewhere else get a second opinion. My first estimate was over 800. Air Doctor price saved me 600. Very pleased with them.

Air DR stopped by my home when my internal fan motor blew up. He stopped by on Saturday. He was quick and to the point. Super confident in his skills and got my unit back up and running in very little time. Super nice and very informative! He even did a follow up call to confirm everything was ok! This company is legit! I’m bad with names, but I think his name is mark…. He’s a legit dude!

Called Mark about an HVAC issue that started last year. He worked me in and came out the same day. Mark diagnosed the concern and gave me pricing options for repair vs. replacement. Mark and I agreed that repair was the best option due to the age of the equipment. The parts were ordered and received in a timely manner and once received, Mark came the following day to make the repairs. Thank you to Mark and his daughter for making this as easy as it was and doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

I've called Mark twice in the last handful of years. Both times he was extremely responsive, professional, and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. For my latest issue it was 45 minutes from when I called his phone to when he finished the repair.

After getting a notification from the gas company about a high-usage alert (but no leak) I needed to get my furnace looked at, and also needed the ventilation system on my gas water heater brought up to standard. I called Air Doctor on the recommendation of a family member and couldn't have been more pleased with their work. The two guys who came for the repairs were there exactly at their estimated arrival time-- none of the classic "between 12 and 4 and then showing up at 4:30" like most companies do. They were professional, courteous, and did all the repairs needed in a timely manner. Their services are fairly priced and I'll absolutely call them again any time I need help.

I was told that my heat bill would go down about twenty-five percent. My bill went up by about seventy-five percent. Someone came out and said that the unit was bad. They said that they would replace it. I told them that I should not have to pay the extra amount on my bill. He said that there wasn't anything he could do about it. I asked for some money back. He wouldn't give me anything back. Finally, I got in touch with the vice president, and he agreed to give me some money back. They paid me half of what I told them was the difference. Air doctor was the local distributor.

He designed a system because we have an older house. My husband was the one who dealt with them in detail. There were no problems. The insurance paid for it, but we also had to pay extra. It works wonderfully well. We plan on using them again for the basement which would probably take a couple of years.
