Chad Boyer quickly assessed my need for a new water heater, and he did a great job explaining what was going on throughout the process too. I also appreciated his willingness to wear a mask inside my house while he worked. I had the new water heater installed and the old one out of my house within a couple of hours. Great job, Chad! Thanks for a job well done.

Larry from Fitch was very courteous and punctual. He was straight forward that he was more of an HVAC repair person than that of a hybrid water heater repair expert. He called Bradford White technical support and tried to trouble shoot the error codes that popped up. With tech support he was able to reset the water heater so that the error codes did not appear. He acknowledged that he was not sure if the problem was correctly addressed and cautioned that it might recur. Since this took a bit of time to trouble shoot, the labor cost proved quite substantial. Although I have no complaints with Fitch or Larry, I might have to look for someone more experienced with hybrid water heaters if the problems/error codes were to recur.

Fitch Services has done plumbing work for me (water heater replacement in restricted space requiring repiping of water meter). They did fantastic work and the cost was approximately 1/4 of the amount that the major plumbing companies in Charlottesville were asking for. You read that right: 25% of the cost for the exact same work (and they were flexible, allowing for me to purchase the water heater and handle delivery on my own). I am going to exclusively use them for plumbing going forward and will also try their electrical and HVAC service.

Jonathan was great. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He anchored the laundry room pipe to the wall that had shifted and reconnected to the laundry sink. No more leaks!!! I would highly recommend Fitch Services for your plumbing needs.

The electrical inspector showed 2 hours late, then did not send the necessary paperwork for the inspection. The plumbing and HVAC inspectors still have not sent their reports and we are at our deadline for inspections today. I have asked to speak with the owner for days and he will not call back, I have also sent emails with no response.

Very friendly staff. My call was answered by a real,person and a repair crew came out about one hour later. They repaired A/C. I am very happy with service and would recommend them without reservation.

They stood behind their work until the problem with an outside to inside water connection was completed. We saved some money by digging our own hole so they could do their job. Very accommodating. I feel they were honest with us the whole time.

I hired Fitch Services to install a ceiling fan in my family room. I explained to the CSR that it was a 2 story room and requires a very tall ladder. I explained that I could install the ceiling fan myself but for the fact that it is 18 feet up. On the day of appt. two electricians show up, 3 hours late, without a ladder. While already in my house I have them do another job as to not waste their or my time. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule ceiling fan. A week went by with no call. I called again and I am told I have to wait an additional 2 weeks. Do not hire this company.

The electrician was very friendly and worked to come up with a creative solution to an issue that occurred because the light I bought had defective parts.

I hired Fitch for normal, annual maintenance. It was easy to schedule, the repairman called ahead of time (30 minutes), arrived at the beginning of the scheduled block and spent about 45 minutes in the house and outside going through the normal check. He was professional. I asked for a bid on another project (although I haven't yet received that).

Fitch replaced a Pressure tank and a water heater and was on time and professional.

Had some delays in starting the project due to the windstorm and other unforeseen issues on the company's end, but once Alex and Travis showed up it was awesome! They installed the ceiling fans promptly. In addition, they repaired an outlet that the builder improperly wired AND they replaced an outside light sensor that was not working - free of charge. They were polite, professional and skilled. Great experience.
