I am so grateful for everything they did to help me. My wife and I purchased an full AC and Heater in 2019. I had never had trouble with the heater but the AC a Carrier had problems off and on after two years. This summer it started to get worse and I called Wasatch Air and spoke with the lady on the phone and she was a big help. She contacted the owner and god bless him he sent Greg found the problem and fixed it for good the next day. Wayne, Greg and all the rest thank you for being an honest and helpful Business!

(See pics). Well things were good with our new furnace from Wasatch Heating and Air for a few months until one day we find our furnace room flooded. After inspecting, we found the installers tried to use undersized hose clamps on the internal water drain pipe on one side and didn't even use a clamp on the other side which caused the internal pipe to completely come off and flooded the brand new furnace from the inside out. Unfortunately the leak filled up on the furnace room floor and went into the adjacent bedroom and wicked up into the brand new drywall. We called Wasatch Heating and air and they sent out a tech who made the exact same mistake as the first ones reinstalling the exact same undersized hose clamps which by dinner time was leaking again. By this time we found a large unsealed hole in the side of the shoot blowing hot air into the furnace room from when they installed it. We also found the furnace unit was not leveled and the internal water pipe drains at an incline which wont drain completely. Now we have a furnace with compromised electronics and circuit boards, compromised drywall and mold worries, lost heat from the unsealed hole and whatever could happen from backed up water in the inclined pipe. Wasatch billed us $4,400 for this.

They were extremely helpful is solving our heating problem. Up and running in minutes with some great pointers to keep the system working great. I'd defiantly use them in the future.

We bought a carrier air conditioner from them in 2019. It started having some off and on problems, I called and the receptionist that answers the phone there, talk to the owner, they sent a technician out, they fixed it and now it's working as good as new. Greg came out, did a full diagnostic on my air conditioner, and fixed a problem that no other technician or business could figure out after 2 years of trying to solve the issue that had developed. They didn't let me down, or abandon me. They were honest, reliable, and stuck with me to make sure it was fixed. I'm very pleased overall with their service. This is a company that you can count on and will stand by their work.

Wasatch Heating and Air was fantastic. They ran additional vents in my unfinished basement and were quick, thorough and professional.

My neighbor Tom's air conditioner quit working so he called a company out of Salt Lake and they sent out a technician. The technician told Tom that he needed a new circuit board and a new blower motor which would run him about $2000 to fix it or close to $10,000 to put in a brand new unit. He is old, retired and on a fixed income and can't afford it and went to the bank and got a loan. When he told me about this I couldn't believe it and I told him to hold off and let me get a hold of Wayne at Wasatch Heating and air. I called Wayne and explained the situation, and Wayne said that that's way too much and he will come out in the morning and take a look. Wayne and one of his technicians showed up the next morning, put in a rebuilt circuit board and got it running. They also tested the blower motor and found nothing wrong with it. Wayne felt bad about the other company trying to screw my neighbor over and didn't charge him a dime, and saved him $10,000! This is how companies use to treat people, so it's awesome to see that there are still some good companies out there. I am writing this for my neighbor Tom because he doesn't have modern technology, just a phone book and a house phone. I wish I could give 10 stars but it only let's you do 5. I highly recommend Wasatch Heating and air, Wayne and any of his employees if you need anything fixed right and not get ripped off!!!

My AC unit went out in the heat and right before my house sold. Wasatch was here the next day! They were upfront and honest and did everything they could to save me money. I was educated on a lot of aspects of my furnace and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend them as a business. Their customer service and technician Nick was awesome!

Wayne and his staff came to the rescue when my furnace started putting unsafe levels of Carbon Monoxide into my house. They were there within a hour of my call to diagnose the issue and found that the combustion chamber had a hole rusted into it. It was determined that we should replace the furnace and AC unit at the same time. Within a couple of days they had everything installed and working better than my original equipment. All I can say is that after 10 years of working with Wasatch they never have disappointed me in their ability to be there when needed. Thanks Wayne for always being there!

Have a older house on 1st east in Tooele. After fighting with heater for a couple years it was time to replace. Called Wasatch who just did a system for a friends renovation on Bonneville way. Heater was over twenty years and A/C was older. Went with a high efficiency cost effective system replaced both. It has been nice not dealing with or having to. Found a few problems and took care of them on the spot before installation. Fast and friendly. Tear out and replace in one day. Thanks again.

I called Dallas and he got Nick right over to my daughter’s house. Her air conditioning went out …. Nick was honest and fix leaks and told her to use a different filter. 2 other techs had come in the few years she owned the home and never told her the filter was too small. Nick cleaned the furnace and sealed leaks. I will recommend Wasatch heating and air everytime! Truly authentic and today it is far and few between! Thank you guys!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Wasatch Heating and Air. I've known Wayne and most of his crew for a long time being in the same line of work as he them. I recently moved out of state, and sure enough, my mom's air conditioner went out. I reached out to Wayne because I know I can trust him to to 1: take great care of my mom, and 2: give her an honest and fair price for the repairs. Wasatch was out the next day to diagnose the problem, and had everything repaired the same day. Thank you so much for all the hard work, and for treating my mom so well.

First real snow of the year and my furnace quit working. I called Wasatch hoping they could have time to look at my problem and within an hour they had one of the most knowledgeable and friendliest Technicians I have ever met. He went straight to work and within an hour my furnace was up and running. They went over and above and when it came time to pay my bill they charged me less than one of the bigger companies charge just to drive out and look at the problem. If you want to be treated fair and at a very affordable price then please give Wasatch a call. If you have very deep pockets and don't give a damn about great service then by all means give one of their competitors a call. Wasatch you just gained a new life time customer. Thank you.

Wasatch Heating and Air Inc. Has done numerous jobs for us including installation of at least 2 new furnaces. The did the jobs at the quoted price and at the time they said they would do it. Highly recommend their services.

Our ac went out in the hottest part of the year and we needed help quick! Wasatch was there within a few days helping us get a brand new one! They were on time, courteous, and very explanatory on what they were doing. can't forget how nice they were to my dog! Due to some unforeseen housing circumstances, my cats have had to live out of a hot garage the past month. I reached out to Wasatch, and Wayne was able to come by and install a new swap-cooler the same day. The pricing was reasonable, the service was great, and my cats are cool and happy. Thanks Wayne!

After the hail storm on 7/19/23 we noticed our house was really hot and our AC wasn’t turning on. The next day we called two local companies, Wasatch Heating and Air and One Stop Heating and Air. One Stop could come out sooner but we kept both appointments just in case. One Stop came out same-day, but after only a few minutes told us the dreaded news that both our entire AC and furnace needed to be replaced. He said electrical surges from the storm caused them to short out and they were essentially fried. He pulled up some financing options and said we were looking at anywhere from 9-14k and pushed for the best/most expensive option. We have never jumped into a large purchase without first doing research, so we told him that we would like to hold off for a day or so to decide. He wasn’t taking no for an answer and tried every sales tactic in the book, which only made us more uncomfortable. We paid for the service call and sent him on his way… Wasatch came out the following morning. The tech (I believe his name was Nick Nash) goes around back to our AC unit, opens it up, flips a breaker and it immediately turns on. (!!!) He checked the furnace, which was also perfectly fine! He checked everything over and couldn’t find a single thing wrong!!! The storm just tripped the breaker. Actually noted how several things were recently replaced and while it is an older unit, it’s still running well. He charged us for a service call only! He was friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and I am so glad there are still people like him in this world! I just don’t know what we would have done without his second opinion and we are so grateful his honesty saved us thousands of dollars that we truly didn’t have. Five stars from us! We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Fantastic service! My AC was out and I called on a Monday morning to get an appt. They said the tech would be over that day, between 12 and 3p. Well, 20 minutes later, I get a call from the tech (Kurt) and he's available now. It's, like, 90 degrees out and my AC has been dead for 3 days, so YES, please come over now! He fixed the issue and I had cold air in my house within 10 minutes. So happy! And the cost was absolutely do-able. Wasatch is fast, professional and courteous. Tech was conscientious of my dog and opening my front door so she didn't get out. He provided follow up information and some long-term things for me to think about. Can't recommend these guys enough! And they're Local! That's the biggest reason I called them. And I'll call them again when I upgrade my system.

Without a doubt the BEST in the business. Easy to set appointments and the service was very professional. Alex was and continues to be so polite in setting up appointments have saved us money, time and headaches. We had a whole home humidifier installed by Wasatch Heating years ago and have used Wayne and Wasatch for any heating and air conditioning concerns. If want a company that will take the time to answer your questions and find best repair/replacement without being taken advantage Wayne at Wasatch is the company!

I’m absolutely taken. If you are having problems with heating or cooling, you need to call them now. This company and its employees; hands down some of the best people I have worked with. The secretary Aly was so heartwarming and welcoming when I called their place of business. The technician Gregg, very wise and efficient, super nice guy. I gave them a complete mess from a previous technician that shorted my whole heating system. When Gregg noticed how bad the damage was he immediately called the owner. To my surprise, the owner Wayne personally came to my home and diagnosed and assisted Gregg. Wow, that really shows you how much these people care about the customers. Hands down, I will not call anyone else to work on my system ever again. I just saved them to my IPhone permanently. Please call them, fair price, honest and reliable. Yes they are professionals, trust me, I had two “techs” almost burn my hone down. This company saved my home, now my little one is nice and warm before winter. Thank you so much Wasatch team! We noticed that the hot water heater wasn't working the night before. So, I called a few places first thing this morning. Many didn't answer, one could get me in the next day. However, Wasatch Heating & Air stepped up to bat and serviced the hot water heater the same day, actually that same morning. Within the same of hour of me calling! Call it a stroke of luck...for the same day service... The lady I spoke to was awesome that took my info! And Gregg, service tech was awesome as well! Was in and out within 45 min getting the job done! Being an easy fix and I think!
