Air Care Professionals

January 26, 2026 As Seniors, both my wife and I are constantly on the lookout for companies in the area that provide excellent service and can be trusted. Air Care Professionals meets not only these requirements, but also many others. We have been a regular customer for sometime, and cannot say enough about the service we have received, and also the technicians that provide that service. For the past two years, we have had the opportunity to have Josh, one of the finest young men I have ever met, in our home as a representative of Air Care Professionals. Josh is knowledgeable, personable and quite the conversationalist, the latter trait one might suppose would negatively impact his work, but nothing could be further from the truth. His knowledge in not only his chosen profession, but also about other areas, make him a remarkable employee and great person. Another attribute he displays is he will never hesitate to go above and beyond to help the customer with even the smallest items. Here is an example: With my wife and I both past 80 years of age, getting up on a ladder to replace air filters in the ceiling is beyond our ability. As the new year arrived, I realized that it was time to change the air filters in our home, but didn't know who I was going to accomplish the task. When I mentioned this to Josh, he told me to grab the filters and he would take care of the problem, which he did. Not often does a homeowner find this type of service from a young man, but it is just one of many reasons that I continue to rate Air care Professionals with a Five Star Rating and will continue to do so well into the future. We have had the pleasure of Air Care Professionals servicing our home with an attached Casita for the past 11 plus years! Always have the best Techs coming around, many have been with the company for many years! This helps us immensely, as we do not need to "Train" the Techs as to where everything is in our 4,000+ sq.ft. home, along with it's 3 units! This also shows us a level of Loyalty and Commitment not only to the Company but also to their customers! They show Pride in their work! They always leave the doors closed and take extra care as to not have our inquisitive animals escape through a carelessly left opened door! Upon the completion of their service visit, they always email us a complete and thorough invoice showing all the various levels of refrigerant, how the systems are running and any repairs that they deem need to be addressed, and any repairs that are done. We always opt for the yearly contract as it gives you the best value and insures that your system is running efficiently throughout the year, Cold in the Summer and Warm in those freezing months! They also check your filters and will replace them if needed at a very reasonable costs. I love the fact that Michelle calls us to not only remind us that our units are due for servicing, but to also schedule us at a convenient time. The automated calendar app, insures us that we are reminded of our Techs upcoming visit. We appreciate Michelle's follow up! There is a reason they win "Best A/C HVAC" Service year after year! Yes! They are that GOOD!

We have two ac/heat installed in our garage and master bedroom! Aircare Joshua Riches and other technicians are all so very helpful and thorough in their jobs! Stephanie in the office is also very helpful. I would highly recommend therm.

Our HVAC died. I like comparison shopping so thought nothing of getting bids from 2 major store representatives and 2 local HVAC businesses. The local guys easily undercut the big guys (even after one nationwide store deflated the HVAC price by $1,500) and wow, their attitude difference was amazing. Air Care Professionals were helpful, prompt, showed integrity and provided the best service with a reliable line of products. We ended up getting a unit package - a heat pump in the summer and a natural gas heater during the winter. They really know what they are doing. I can’t say enough about their commitment and attention to detail. For a small cost, they were also able to fix our gas oven while replacing our HVAC. They are our new heating and cooling company for sure. It pays to buy local!

We called Air Care Professionals asking about HVAC improvement options for our home and we were given multiple options and we truly felt like they had our best interest in mind! Last May (2023), our 19 year old systems needed a recharge, so we made the decision to replace them. We gathered (4) quotes from the top rated HVAC companies. Air Care Pro's gave us the best price and financing options. Josh, the sales technician, was able to answer all my questions and provide several options. Our installation technicians Micheal and Josh arrived on each day of installation on time and did a nice job of cleaning before leaving for the day. They completed it when discussed and answered any questions we had. This May they sent a technician out to do a full system check free of charge. There's a very clear reason why they've been voted best of Southern Utah 6 years in a row.

We had Air Care Professionals out to our home to install a heater/air unit for our garage. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely have them out for any of our heating and air needs in the future. Great job guys!

After 28 years, it was time to replace my 5 ton system. I didn't hesitate to call Air Care Professionals. They have great technicians/people working for them. Also needed extensive ductwork to increase cfm (cubic feet minute), which my old ductwork was restricting. Great owner that stands by their work. This is my second full install with them. Thanks.

Could not believe how amazing and honest this company was! Chase was so quick, efficient and kind! Not only did they quote us almost half the price of other local companies, they got our AC back working in only a couple of hours. Their customer service is top tier. If any other HVAC issues arise, this is the only company we will be using. Hands down 10/10!!

The air conditioner was installed, on time, and everything was done perfectly, with attention to detail excellent. The system is perfect for our garage, and Air Care accurately suggested the right size of unit to meet our needs. We are experiencing a tremendous difference in our home because of the unit that was installed in our garage. We highly recommend Air Care Professionals.

Hands down the best HVAC professionals out there. Same-day service for us, both times I've called they've been at our home or residence within an hour or two. My air conditioning unit is from the early 2000s late 2000s, and they repaired the system with no delays the same day my house has been without AC for over 3 years and they fixed it both times with no issues. I highly recommend them, Chase was our technician and he is hands down one of the best we'd like to extend our gratitude to the whole team we thank you and appreciate you for making our house cold again. Their professionalism is a blessing.

We wanted to thank the team at Air Care Professionals. We thought we had an issue with a recently installed mini split. They came out the next day and determined that our unit was working just fine. We really appreciated them coming out so quickly and addressing our concern.

Great response time and quality work. I'm a difficult customer and they met my needs with prompt and thorough communication. We did a complete replacement of a 20+ year old system (heater and AC) and they got it all done in the same day (once equipment arrived). Hope to not need them again, but if I do, I'll not hesitate to call them.

I called this company for my heatpump that went out in August. Chase came out, put his gages on the unit, added a bit of freon, washed the unit down, asked me where the furnace was, I told him it was in the attic. All he said was humm. He never did get in the attic but told me he had to go back and talk to his manager. He told me the service call came to $495.00, which I paid. Then he sent me an email stating the TXV valve would cost $742.00. I am a 86 year old senior and live on a fixed income. I called another company, who by the way did get in the attic to check on the furnace, fixed the heatpump, and the whole job, including the TXV valve for the furnace was $570.00. I definitely will not call Air Pro Professionals to be ripped off again. I gave them one star for showing up.

Air Care Professionals were simply awesome. We got multiple bids for a new HVAC system at our investment property. The value for the money from them was top notch. Air Care's communication was fantastic. I simply felt like they worked "for me" in the best way possible. Great price, great service and great scheduling. We own a nightly rental so the "coordination of the install" was necessary and important to us. They rocked it. Because they explained everything, we knew just what to expect and they delivered. The crew was personable, thorough, neat and tidy. Air Care Professionals came highly recommended to us and we'll pass along the recommendation to others. When we turned on our system this year, it didn’t work. I had Air Cate Pro’s come and fix the problem. It didn’t work and I had to have a complete replacement. We worked out the best solution for our needs and have been very happy with the work that was done. Also they credited me back the amount of the “fix’’, that didn’t work. I feel like they went above and beyond for my needs and expectations. Thanks

Very good HVAC company to deal with. We have used them a couple times and I've been very satisfied. Mostly recently we had Ryan come out and do maintenance on both of our units to get them ready for the summer. We highly recommend them and we'll use them again if necessary.
