Our first sleep number bed (21 years). Went in to review the new sleep number beds, (2nd). Kevin answered all our questions about how they have improved since our 1st sleep number bed. He was very polite, professional and no pressure. With a fused lower back and a couple more rotator cuff surgeries over the years, our first sleep number bed with adjustable bed frames were key to navigating those. The flexibility of being able to change from lower to higher sleep numbers as needed was extremely important. Thanks Kevin for a great experience. We are super excited for our new sleep number bed.

I've had my bed 2 years in approximately 5 months. And the pump for the bed has stopped working properly. Called the main company three times. Talked to people that used AI to communicate which did not work well, and did not understand the problem. Finally asked for a specialist which is the new word for supervisor who could care less about my problem. They obviously know that there are problems with a bed after the first year because their warranty even though they tell you it's 15 years is not. It is only one year and then then on year two there is a 65%, more than half, percentage that you have to pay if anything goes wrong with your bed. No matter how many different things you get to protect it, which I did. I paid over $5,000 for my bed. It is only good for 2 years in a few months. Do not invest your money in a bed that they will not warranty. The company knows that it has problems after the first year so that's why more than half of the warranty is taken away from buying this overpriced bed because it doesn't work for more than a year properly. Again, I warn you do not invest in Sleep number beds. They do not stand behind their warranty.

I only wish that you could make your sheet and bedding, stuff more affordable. After all the money a person spends on a bed it would seem like a drop in the bucket for you guys. Other companies are offering pillows, sheets, pads everything with them and they are quality beds. I’ve done a lot of Research, but I simply went with the sleep number because I have hip back in the shoulder problems. I thought it would be the best option for me however, time will tell if it does by giving a real test of time.. Could be a lot better and more competitive on your pricing I noticed there was No one else that came in the whole time we were there if your bedding was priced a little more appropriately I’m certain that there would’ve been at least a few other customers come in and we were there for quite some time in a very busy commercial neighborhood no else came in the whole time we were there And we were there for probably two hours

This company has turned the simple act of blowing air into a mattress into an extremely complex task that requires the internet, WiFi, an overly complicated remote, cell phone apps that don't even work with modern phones, remote instructions and/or quick start guides that are useless and don't match the products. I still don't have air and am tempted to just use my ryobi air pump to pump the dam thing with air. Talk about over engineering the hell out of something to the point of making it useless!

We had a great experience purchasing our new bed! Mary Beth (not sure if I got that right, I’m sorry) and Doug we’re both great. Very knowledgeable and kind. We took a while making our decision and had her run the numbers on several different combinations. She was very patient and not pushy at all. We even went back in the next day to exchange the sheets for a different color and it was quick and easy. I can’t wait to get our new bed this week and try out all the cool features to get a good night’s sleep. Thank you for all your help!

I can only write my review regarding the in store experience of the Sleep Number bed. My wife and I visited the store on a couple of different days. We first dealt with Doug Campbell. He was a very knowledgeable part of the store management. He spent all the time we desired answering our questions and demonstrating the features of each individual bed. We left the store the first afternoon feeling like we had been educated about the Sleep Number system We returned a couple of days later, after much contemplation. We were ready to pull the trigger and make the purchase. This time we were greeted by Mary Beth, who seemed to take over right where Mr. Campbell left off previously. She took our order for the bed we desired and set up the delivery date, as well as answered more of our questions. Doug and Mary Beth were great to work with and actually “sold” us the bed by knowing more about their products than just how much they cost. All in all it was a very pleasant experience with sales people who let their great product sell itself. There was never at anytime high pressure sales tactics used. We appreciate the products and the value we received for what we hope will be the last bed we ever need to buy.

The Riverdale UT sleep number store was so incredibly helpful. I happened to get the store manager and she was great. The rest of the sales reps were fun to interact with and they helped me go through each of the beds until we found the perfect one. We ordered the i8 and we can’t wait to get it! Also the financing was easy to apply for and 0%!!! Update: we have had the mattress and adjustable frame for weeks now and it’s no lie… best sleep of my life! It took about 5 days to adjust to the bed and find my sleep number setting (45). Once I did that, I slept like a rock! It’s worth every penny!

We loved Mary Beth right from calling the store to ask questions about their Labor Day sale to her greeting us when we arrived at the store. She was knowledgeable & quickly directed us to what we needed. She was exceptionally patient while we ironed out issues with our bank. The lady that helped us was super nice and has been interested in how we were doing more than just a sales person. The great thing about this bed is if it's too hard you can adjust it if it's too soft you can also adjust it.

My husband and I purchased mattress and 3 sets of sheets from her. She was so delightful we were very happy with her. After 2 years 4 months one of my sheets had a hole 7"x 8x she was so sorry but warranty was only for 2 years. Ok I'll 👌 patch it some how. If she wasn't so awesome I could of been mad Diane was great.

We bought a mattress that turned out to be really bad and seemed faulty. We went to two branches in Ogden and Farmington. At both places, they said it would be no problem to return it if we didn't like it. However, they forgot to mention that we would be short $500! This is disappointing, and it's a shame that the people working there weren't honest.

What a great experience for my wife and I. We loved how they spent the time with us, explained each type of bed and let us try them out. They were able to answer every question we had and demonstrate all the little extras these beds offer. We are very excited for our new bed to arrive!

I would give it a zero but that is not an option. We loved the bed, the salesman (Doug) started fine but couldn’t figure out the computer system. He ended up putting a phone number in for the address and didn’t change it. Long story short, had to spend 2 hours on the phone with the main number to get address added and then was informed delivery would be a week after we were promised. Expected more from the store. Would recommend the bed but not Doug.

The entire sales staff was very pleasant to be around. All of the questions we had anyone of the sales staff could answer. We never felt rushed or pressured. My wife and I were impressed and we felt comfortable. Desiree and the rest of the sales team made it fun to be in the store.

This was my second time buying a sleep number, first time buying at this store. The sales-person had an easy sale because I already knew what I was going to purchase. I still had some questions I've developed over the last 5 years with my first mattress covering accessories, warranty and current features the beds now have. Each question was hit on the head and they knew what they were talking about. If I had a need of another mattress, I'm glad I have their card.

We bought our Sleep Number from Mary Beth at the Riverdale store and she was a hoot! Went along with my husband and I’s jokes, made us laugh, she educated us very well on getting the bed and accessories suited for us. We were very pleased with Mary Beth and recommend her to all!! We are excited to be sleeping better soon!!

Had of been one of the best experiences with a mattress guy. I didnt buy anything. But he was very nice and friendly. Smiling the whole time. Had great knowledge about beds. Which you would expect but he had over the top knowledge. I will be going back when I do need a bed

They set up the bed nicely and showed me how to use it. To bad the beds adjustable motor to adjust the firmness of the matress broke down and I have to pay to replace it. to pay to

I ordered over the phone they did a great job. 4 stars since I never went in Hard to judge the location if you never went in. But they were helpful and explained everything that was happening. There were no awkward pauses of what is happening on the other end while I waited. It was nice! I wanted to split a payment and could not do it over the internet.

Mary Beth and crew at the Riverdale store were AMAZING! Never have I had such a great time shopping for something as boring as a bed :) And not only were they fun, they knew their stuff and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for a great bed and even better shopping experience!
