It was very nice to work with Kris at Western Mechanical for our major renovation project. We were very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the final product. We had a major job as the whole house was being redone. I was formally the general contractor for the project and they worked nicely along with and around the other contractors. It was nice to have at least one thing that we didn't have to worry much about. In the end, we love the final product which works wonderfully. I would be very happy to recommend them.

They did a great job. They were willing to walk me through all my different options and then were very open about how things were going. I'm a very curious person when it comes to these things, so I asked hundreds of questions, and they were willing an happy to answer all of them. The price was honest, and they even cut me a reduction because the job lasted longer than they had originally estimated.

They were here quickly and fixed the problem very fast.

They were punctual. When we had a problem, they came out right away.

Perfect.  Arrived 2.5 hours after I called.  Had knowledge of how to change the motor and completed it quickly.  Service tech was very professional. <br />

It was difficult to determine exactily what was going wrong. I believe the cost would have been lower if the problem was located sooner. The techs were excellent with many years of experience. I have used others in the area, and they show up without any tools! Western had tools testing equipment and experience. Highly recommend them. I wish the cost would have been lower, but the furnace was not a local brand and the control panel had to be ordered.

They were prompt and repaired our funace in the middle of the winter in Northern Utah! <br />

They showed up on time, went straight to work, and got my AC installed and running quickly. <br />

Great service let me know of new equipment, and which one would best fit my needs for the buget I had. I'm sure I will be completely satisfied for years to come. <br />
