Long time customer: Jacobs cathey Great service & always on time! Have service contract -so twice a year they check out my old (25years) Monster of a Carrier air conditioner from top to bottom have had to repair small problems sometimes. Keeping us COOL in Summer and Warm if we need it.

I did not enjoy my experience doing business with this company. They do not honor appointment times and do not care if they inconvenience you.This is not a client-oriented business. Save your money, they don’t even cover their warranties. It’s a shame, I like to support local businesses.

A/C went out at 7:00pm on a Friday and was fixed by 9:00. The technician, Will, was very personable, professional and great at his craft. Thank you!

They've put two air conditioners in the house we live in now.

We had an air conditioner go out on Saturday. We called them and they sent someone out on Sunday. We use them all the time.
