Our sink was leaking, so Falcon 5 Plumbing responded to our AHS request for service. The response was almost immediate and our technician came out that day. Within a few hours, we had a new sink installed. He was very professional considerate, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Falcon 5 Plumbing!

Late one night during the Jan 2026 multi-day ice event, we had an outdoor faucet go haywire. We panicked and called Falcon5 immediately to “get on their list,” knowing it might be days before they could get to us. They answered immediately, calmed us down, told us some simple quick fix steps we could do ourselves to get through the night, and then promised to get to us the next day. Sure enough, they showed up at a time I would consider past working hours and got the job done in record time! I know they were exhausted, cold, and ready to get home but also know they were trying to get to as many customers as they could who were impacted by the ice. I appreciated their customer service not only to us but obviously to all the customers who came before and after us that day. I am going to be a lifelong customer now!

My name is Jessica Sanders and I’m a student at Baylor University living in Waco, Texas, and Falcon 5 Plumbing & Air Conditioning recently did a full water heater installation for our dorm building. I want to be very clear—this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any contractor in Waco, especially as a college student who expects things to be done fast, right, and without drama. Had my AC system go out they responded within a few minutes and we're able to have a technician out there and diagnose the problem we didn't need a new system since our system was 20 years old they had to replace the same day I did get three other quotes and they were the best priced with the most quality equipment

I usually don’t leave Google reviews, but after the work that was done at my house in Waco, Texas, I felt like I needed to because it’s hard to find companies that actually do what they say anymore. We had a full air conditioning install done along with a new water heater installation, and overall the experience was solid from start to finish. Our old AC system was struggling badly. It couldn’t keep up with the Texas heat, ran nonstop, and the house still felt humid and uneven. On top of that, our water heater was old and unreliable. Hot water was hit or miss, and I knew it was only a matter of time before it failed completely. Living in Waco, you really can’t afford to mess around with air conditioning or hot water, so I wanted everything done right the first time. I called around to a few HVAC and plumbing companies in Waco and honestly wasn’t impressed. Missed calls, no follow-ups, vague pricing, and a lot of talking without real explanations. When Falcon 5 Plumbing & Air Conditioning came out, it was different. They actually inspected the entire system, not just one part, and explained things in a way that made sense without trying to confuse or pressure me. They went over system sizing, ductwork, airflow, electrical, drain lines, thermostat placement, and overall performance of the house. No sales pressure, no upselling, just straight information so I could make decisions. Pricing was fair for a full air conditioning installation and water heater install in Waco. Not bargain-basement cheap, but not overpriced either. You get what you pay for, and I’d rather pay for work done correctly than deal with problems later. Since the install, the AC has handled the Waco heat with no problem, and the water heater works exactly like it should. Bills are better, comfort is better, and I’m not worrying about breakdowns. Needed a gas line run for my generator. Falcon 5 came and took care of it for me. They’re honest on time very reasonably priced.

Showed up 19 minutes after I called. Fixed the problem in 32 minutes and had us up and running again. 100% recommend for hvac issues

Fantastic! Joseph was the best and very quick. In and out in about 15 minutes. The Kitchen sink had almost quit draining completely. He fixed it that fast, even without a snake! He also does HVAC. Prices are very affordable. I will not be calling anyone else here in Whitney Texas for Plumbing or HVAC except Joseph. Thanks again! Wow!

Had an emergency this weekend while I was out of town for work. Joseph came out quickly and fixed my AC drain. He even made the extra effort to re-route some of the piping so it would be easier to get to.

I own CTX Savage Pet Supply in Killeen, TX. We contacted Falcon5 with an emergency situation that could’ve ended badly. My employees walked in to the shop and got blasted by the heat. Our air conditioning system had failed and all of our animals were extremely hot. We called multiple companies in the Central TX area with no luck. Once Falcon5 was called they agreed to come to the shop and assess the situation. Upon arrival, he asked diagnostic questions and got right to work. He tested the system, and was able to pinpoint the problem. He fixed and also flushed out our system, which had our shop start cooling off in about 45 minutes. We greatly appreciate Joseph for answering his phone and for also coming out to fix our AC. Highly recommend as a company for AC work. Our shop went from 90 to 70 quickly and the animals were no longer in distress.

I always know we can count on Joseph and his team at Falcon 5 to help us out for anything plumbing and AC. Here we are at almost 11pm on a weekend and Joseph just helped us fix some toilet problems and making sure it is done right. Great service!

What stood out to me was his respect and how professional he was. What surprised me was it was a last minute call and he came @10:30pm at night to come fix my AC ! no other company’s were answering the phone or wanted to come out that late! I highly appreciate Joseph and no wonder why Falcon 5 plumbing and HVAC does so well because they handle business and they handle it quickly! I would highly recommend them! Great business !!! Contacted several hvac companies to install a new system in my home, I had a REEM built in 76! Joseph and his crew were affordable and the quality of installation was impeccable! My mother’s air conditioner quit working in the middle of July. Falcon 5 was able to come out quickly and assess the issue. He replaced the parts on the spot and her house was cool again within a few hours. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with their service!💯 …

Joseph took care of everything we needed and more. He went above and beyond. We needed a leak checked out under our sink. He had the replacement part in his truck and fixed it in a flash. He kept everything very clean when he was done! Would recommend 10 times over!
