A & S Air Conditioning

My house is a new build, completed in December 2023. My ac unit has went out 5 times within that time frame. The company who installed it, serviced it the first 4 times. Never once did they try to figure out the root of the problem! Instead they tried to blame me or the manufacturer. This company on the FIRST time out, found the root of the problem and fixed it! They explained everything in layman’s term to ensure we understood. My parents use this company and are extremely satisfied. From now on I’ll use this company for any of my ac needs. Thank you so much for your service. This has been an extreme stressor in my life and I have a feeling this company just removed that stressor. Thank you for fixing a huge issue that has been occurring the past two years of my life.

My Air Conditioner motor had gone out and I contacted American Home Shield (home warranty) and they sent out Nexgen who was in my area. The guy came out and he started telling me I needed a new motor at $2800.00 but for that kind of money it would be best to replace the entire unit in the attic at $5800.00. He told me that I had a "m" problem and he cannot say the "m" word. He told me if I didn't get it fixed and sold my house and someone got sick they could sue me. The "m" word supposedly stood for mold. When I told him I was going to get a 2nd opinion, he really did try to use some scare tactics on me. When I called Charlotte with A&S Air nearly in tears telling her I needed a 2nd opinion, she immediately got me with Donna to get someone scheduled. Les came out and took a dry paint brush and dusted off the wires and showed me what the guy tried to pull over on me. Their price with labor was $1,491.08. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the honesty, kindness and compassion that was given to me from A&S Air. Great job! Saved me tons of money too. Fay Dickerson

Charlotte in accounting/finance at A&S is a saintly person. She helped our family in a real pinch. We don’t use credit cards and operate only in cash. Needless to say, we weren’t expecting an a/c fan motor to die – it wasn’t in our budget. She worked with us to get it figured out. Joseph and Cohen, the HVAC technicians, braved our attic in a 108-year-old house and got the job done. We had guests coming later in the evening and it was 95 degrees plus in August. By the time they arrived the heat started to go down and the rooms were starting to cool. They were amazing! God bless them. I would give more stars if I could. A&S has helped us out more than once. We highly recommended A&S for a/c repair in Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County!

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable service and installation

I love this company! A&S has been servicing our units for several years )and except for delay on ordered parts (which is about par for a lot of companies ever since Covid) we've had no complaints. Had a compressor quit working on us last night, called them this morning and got immediate response. Problem solved (there was a part failure that apparently is pretty common) and AC is back up and running. Thank you A&S!!!

I called at 8:01 this morning, as my A/C fan was running all night but not cooling. The service was prompt and professional and house is now cooling nicely. Was also impressed with the young service tech being so very polite. So nice to witness these days!

We needed a new unit. Zack came right out to look and went home and sent us a bid the next day. I asked two other companies that never responded. He stayed in touch was was fast to respond. Did the work when he said he would. A warranty issue came up within a week. On a Saturday, a tech came right out and got us going again quickly. This is a 1st class business and they know how to treat customers.

This was my first time using A&S. Called their office to schedule a time. The office was very professional and made you feel welcomed. Their AC tech showed up right away, professionally diagnosed the issue, explained the problem and fixed it up right away. Thanks to Jackie and the A&S Team.

Having been using A&S for over 10 years, and have called them out many times for different things, for our 2 central A/C units. They are always professional, on time, do an outstanding job and charge ad very fair and reasonable price for repairs. I just wish they did work for everything in and around the house... :)
