This company is the one to hire! Danny arrived Saturday at the scheduled time an excellent job! Not only was he professional and courteous, but very knowledgeable as well. It went so well and the price and labor costs were so reasonable that we signed up for a membership. If you’re reading this and still doubtful, I want to affirm you that you won’t go wrong with Air Star. They’re family owned, reputable, and spot on when it comes to quality repair and service.

There is no one better than Steven Vega! Love this young man, his professionalism, work ethic and great attitude. He is so personable, too. Champion Nash is blessed to have him as an employee.

We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling. The service tech was very responsive and came out the site and performed an inspection on the unit. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. It . A second tech, also very polite, knowledgeable and punctual came out to the house on Saturday morning and got the unit up and running. The service manager at the home office took the time on the following Monday morning to discuss with me the findings in the inspection report. He took was very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated getting his candid input regarding the path forward concerning the issues and performance of the this unit.

Angel was excellent. He explained everything concerning his evaluation and is very personable. He put the unit through the diagnostics and returned it to normal service. He even clarified the units capability when using my generator

Steven arrived on-time looked at both units having issues. Diagnosed the unit that wouldn't turn on and repaired in an hour. Repaired the second even faster. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. Great service and communications all along the way. Will call them out again and highly reccomend.

David was prompt, courteous, and professional. He worked quietly and seemed to know his business. He kept me informed about his findings and recommendations, and left no mess behind. I would welcome him into my home again for HVAC service.

Technician called about 40 minutes before arriving which I appreciated. He was ptofessional and inspected the water heater, the washer connection hoses, the bathroom faucets, and the kitchen faucets and garbage dispisal. He worked quivkly and said all looked fine. He did recomend flushing the water heater by draining with a garden hose. I eas very pleased with his fast inspection and his professional attitude.

Justin from Champion and Nash was polite and professional. After a complete inspection of our home furnace unit he explained in detail his findings with photographs documenting cracks in our heat exchanger. It was not the news we wanted to hear but with an 11 year old builder's grade system we were not surprised. It is time for an upgrade and Justin and the team at Champion & Nash gave us several options to consider.

Service was outstanding.Angel called ahead of time to notify us on his arrival time and completed the repair within 1 hour. Angel Vega was exceptionally polite and professional throughout his entire visit.

Brennan was a pleasure to work with. He highlighted the issues and provided his suggestions. Nothing that he suggested was off or over the top. Easy conversation and he provided good explanations to my questions. At the end too before payment, he asked again if I had any questions to make sure no stones were unturned. Really appreciate it.

I’ve been through a lot of AC companies, and this one had the potential to be different than the others. If you have something tricky to repair, find another company. It started with a phone call with a guy named Jeffery, I think. He’s a great guy, and I truly believe if he had come to my house, the issue would have been resolved, good human who I wish all the best for! He actually listened to what I was saying and didn’t try to manipulate the conversation like the guy I spoke to on Friday. I received a text confirming my appointment, but they didn’t show. And when I reached out, he claimed that it never came through on his end, but yet I received a text confirming? It was around 3:00 in the afternoon, plenty of time for him or someone else to make it right. Nope, didn’t do that either, told me to monitor it first several days. Now this was after their tech Brennan had me buy a new filter to be put in. When a customer has lived in their house for 4 years, they know what is normal and what is not. Then there’s the whole part that I and other people can actually physically feel the difference. And the guy on Friday tried to convince me that what I knew to be normal was wrong. All because he wanted to start his weekend early, that is just laziness! Even though they say they’re open 24 hours, that definitely wasn’t the case for me. Yesterday, I set my AC to 68 but my humidity never went below 67%. On to my fifth AC company, wish me luck!

He was on time, very courteous. He explained what he was doing each time he looked at a new system. He was efficient and answered all my questions.

They contacted us to see if we would like a free plumbing check prior to the upcoming cold weather blast. We set a time and our technician came out and checked things inside and outside the house. Lakota is an exceptionally thorough and incredibly knowledgeable technician. He genuinely listened to and addressed every single issue we brought up. Our a/c was making a loud droning noise after a furnace install. He spent 2 hours thoroughly inspecting everything and explaining in detail what the cause is. He was able to adjust the blower speed to dampen the noise as much as possible which also helped the system blow cooler air as well. He is a fantastic service man and we will definitely be requesting him for future maintenence needs.

Brennen is a top notch professional technician. He is well versed and skilled as an ac/ heating technician. He handles himself in a professional manner, is trustworthy, courteous and personable. He is the technician I request whenever it is time for maintenance or any other issue. Thank you!!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air after the storm. Brennan came out quickly, figured out it was the capacitor, fixed it, and was gone again within an hour. He’s been to our property before and is always personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. We are grateful for Brennan and champion Nash- we are long time customers!

Zachary was always very professional and polite. His explanation was thorough and easy to understand. I have nothing negative to say about him at all.

I like that the tech was knowledgeable about my ac unit. Gave me many options to choose from. I told them I didn’t have much money and they said they had a payment plan with low payments that will help me still get my heat fixed. Thanks a bunch
