With the extreme Texas Heat conditions rising, she did not hesitate to come to our house within 24 Hours to diagnose, plan & remedy our AC needs. I highly recommend her to all!

Malissa of Suwan Air came to our home for the first time on Fri 12 Oct. In the 45 minutes she was there, she showed that she is clearly a knowledgeable tradesperson. She is also friendly, informative without talking down, willing to explain when asked, and very detail focused. She expertly serviced the inside and outside units, took and shared photos for future reference, explained where our HVAC system is in terms of life-cycle, and did NOT try to sell us anything we didn't need, which is always appreciated! As important, she responded quickly to the initial on-line service request and later texts, she arrived when she said she would, and her fees were very reasonable. Suffice to say, we were impressed enough to sign up for semi-annual routine service, and we plan to stick w/ Suwan Air for as long as she's doing this.

When you live in Texas you need a reliable, honest, professional, highly knowledgeable HVAC technician who is all of these. I found that professional. When I moved in to my new house she helped me register my A/C unit. She provides scheduled maintenance services to keep everything running smoothly. When there was an issue with the system she fixed it very quickly and because she helped me register it the parts were under warranty. 11/10 in quality, and service. Fixed our unit the same day we called at a more than fair price to escape the heat. Malissa kept us up to speed on when she was going to arrive, the issue our AC was having, cost prior to fixing, and what to expect after the unit was fixed. We were very happy with the service and would highly recommend giving these guys a call. We will be using her again if we need AC or heating service in the future.
