I have dealt with a few different AC companies in the past few years. Premier Comfort far exceeded my expectations, when compared to past experiences with other companies. The level of professionalism and the detailed description of what needed to be done and what if any alternatives were available or detailed and made easy to understand for me. The work performed was quick, efficient, and my unit was running within a short period of time. Once they left, you could never even tell that they had been inside the house or in the attic, everything was left the way they found it . Install was on a new Home. We hired Premier Comfort to install new A/C and condenser units on a new home. Before beginning work premier Project Manager took time to educate us on the type of units we had chosen, reviewed all installation of unit locations, proper air flow to spaces, and duct install runs before starting work. Coordination and communication was excellent and project went smooth. Happy Client Happy Life!

Ramon and his team were great to work with! They installed 2 units into my home and the price was quite fair with competitors. The installation went smoothly, they didn't try to upsell me things, and the units work great! They also gave me some good advice about adding attic insulation to lower my monthly bills and also keep my units from overworking. I recommend Premier to anyone looking for HvAC expertise!

Super prompt service, they got me cooling same day. They were thorough and explained the problems in plain English.

STAY AWAY. Phantom billing, random charges, and they will sell your account to collections agencies without talking to you. Charged 3 hours and 5X the price of the thermostat to install it. Wouldn't talk to me about it and I had been a customer for years. Got too big I guess. Stay away or they will cheat you. $1000 for installing a thermostat. $50 thermostat, and 30 minutes of work. I would warn everyone to stay away.

A great young man came today to complete a repair on my AC/Heating unit that had not worked four 4 weeks. Getting the run around from maintenance here at Sunshine and a repairman from another company. I did not catch this repairmans name. He is an great asset to his company and also this community.

My AC went out on Saturday (holiday weekend), they came out concluded the system was in bad shape. Reviewed my options. Very professional and honest about my options. We decided to replace the system. They had a team come out Sunday for the installation. They were great, very professional, the work outstanding. They kept me update during the process. Sunday evening I had AC. They went the extra mile to make sure we had AC right away and not several days later. They even tolerated Tiny (my cat) watching the inside work. I had the best experience with Premier Comfort Service Company. I was able to receive same day service. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis. I plan on calling Premier Comfort Service Company for any repairs that I need in the future.

What we loved the most about hiring Premier comfort was the knowledge behind every recommendation they provide! They take their time educating you on exactly what your house needs to be more efficient and cooler. They also provide a variety of services so we ended up getting our air ducts cleaned as well. Our experience was top tier with the technicians, office management, and customer service.
