Frontier Cooling & Heating

The appointment was scheduled and verified by text and they even sent me a picture of the service man assigned to the job. They arrived on time and took extra safety precautions due to COVID. They were professional, courteous, and took the time to listen to the concern. They asked very detailed questions, diagnosed the problem and work on it efficiently. They cleaned after themselves and left everything in order. If you don’t want to be second guessing if you hired the right person for your AC needs, just call Frontier. We will be using them for our system’s preventive maintenance.

Poorly. After sending out the first tech who completely misdiagnosed the issue and assured me that the issue was basic wiring. He then replaced a wire that was not even needed. Overall, the service he provided wasn’t even necessay and the same problem occurred the following day. The second tech identified the problem and questioned why the fist tech conducted a service that wasn’t even necessary. After calling his supervisor he was told the the tech told the supervisor the wire was blowing out fuses and shorting the breaker, which wasn’t happening. After that, the company still wanted to charge for both services even though the first service conducted wasn’t even necessary. I refused the second service and repaired the HVAC myself after the second tech identified a simple part needed to be replaced. The HVAC is now working and the part only cost $60.........

I made appointments with four vendors and received estimates from all four. Frontier AC was the one I chose to perform the work and I am very pleased that I did. They were great to deal with and there were no surprises. I hate surprises. They were punctual, courteous, met the agreed upon time line for installation and cleaned up after. The price was good and I got a Carrier unit to boot. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great Job!

It went well install and as expected what as described what will be done they finish the work well only thing is they left the box were the unit came from and didn't dispose it we had to cut box boxes

Joe saved the day again. Today my unit was blowing warm air. Of course its on the weekend, but I called Frontier anyway. They came as soon as they could. Within a couple hours of my call, the problem was solved. We are again enjoying cooler temperatures in our home in spite of the sweltering heat outside. I'm so glad I found this company.  <br>This outstanding treatment continues everytime I call. My other experience with this company was this past Memorial day weekend when our AC unit failed. Even though we were new customers to his business, he made our family a priority above enjoying the holiday weekend. When he arrived he fixed the problem and went above and beyond to prevent any future issues.

This morning they were the only AC company that answered their phone with a real human (not a computer or voicemail). They immediately put me on the schedule and called about 20 mins before they were going to arrive.  <br /> One of our family members has end stage heart failure so having no AC is a medical crisis. We had to fix it today.  <br /> They responded on a holiday weekend and charged regular prices (didn't price gouge like others have done in the past when emergency repairs are needed after hours). <br /> They quickly fixed the problem and kept me informed of their progress. They ensured the area where they worked was kept clean and all gates were closed before they left.  <br /> They inspected the entire system to ensure that anything that might break in the near future is taken care of now. This was especially appreciated because keeping the AC running is critical to the health of our family member. <br /> I am so glad we found them. They are my new AC go-to folks. Excellent service, would highly recommend to everyone. <br />
