Super professional team. They got the job done in one day, swapping out the entire system from inside the house, outside, and in the attic. All very respectful and helpful in walking me through what they were doing. You can tell they are knowledgeable and cohesive. Overall outstanding experience. Can’t recommend them enough!

We just moved to Midland and we are expecting our next baby any day (40 weeks pregnant), and the first thing we wanted to do in our new house since our bad experience in our last one, was have clean ducts and fresh air throughout the house. With that my wife called Cains HVAC that afternoon and they were able to meet us at our new house within a couple of hours. Amazing how quickly they were able to respond and get someone out to the house to take a look at our new houses HVAC system. Once they reviewed our system thoroughly, they gave us a plethora of options depending on what we wanted done. Justin and Rick were phenomenal in making us feel comfortable and felt like we were talking to friends rather than sales people. After discussing all of our options we decided to install a HEPA filter, ozone oxidizer, and UV lights on top of the duct and dryer vent cleaning. Not only does our house feel lighter due to the dirt being filtered out of with the HEPA filter, but it also feels like the house is helping us get over the allergies/colds that the kiddos have been having. Oh yeah, they got everything cleaned and installed before the other HVAC systems were even available to send out a rep to see what we needed. Technology/HVAC equipment/knowledge: 5 stars Responsiveness: 5 stars Customer service/relations: 6 stars (if possible). I cannot recommend these guys enough. Nothing we want more than clean air for when we have new baby in the house.

Highly recommend Cain's Cool Air. We had our unit frozen and had to wait until it defrost to check it out. They went out of their way to lend us a window unit since we had children in our house. Justin and both Rick's did an amazing job in our house and our AC is better than ever!

They were professional, kind, communicated well, and made us feel like they truly cared about getting our unit running. They went above and beyond to get a part ordered/installed for us. We had such a great experience with Cain’s Cool Air! Rick came out to our house to troubleshoot a vent that wasn’t blowing air, and from the start he was polite, respectful, and professional. He took his time to thoroughly assess the problem and made sure to go over all of my concerns. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us and making sure the issue was completely resolved. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future call-outs!

I got a door hangar in my neighborhood, and called , and it was the best decision. I really needed my ducts cleaned because my AC was giving off a weird smell. Their technician came in, showed me pictures of my ducts and gave me options. They got it done the next day! I will be doing business with them from now on.

Hands down best service. Gotta say, if you like to sit down and understand how things work, these guys will explain everything. Professional, on time, and articulate, the young man they sent to my home did a good job. While my wife was at home, and I was working, he called me so he could walk me through everything. They left my house clean. Recommending to all my work buddies.

Had to call Cain’s for a free second opinion because the guy that was out here was not very professional and he told me I needed to replace my entire system. He was only at my house for 15 minutes! I called Cain’s and the technician that came out sat down and explained everything for me. We went with them because they are literally the best.

These guys were absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable, informative and all around just great to work with. Best HVAC experience I’ve had by far. I was having some issues with my unit, they got out same day, and got it all fixed same day. As well as went through some of the preventative items to watch for. Rick and his team were great! Would recommend to anyone that is needing HVAC work in the Permian!

Professional service and timeliness! Rick and Pierce did a great job at getting us back up and running.

We called on a Saturday and they had someone over an hour after we called. Justin was very professional and explained things thoroughly. We did have to wait until Monday morning for parts but we were provided with a window unit for the weekend to get us through and keep us cool! Would 100% recommend!

Fan motor went out on Friday, called Cain's on Saturday and talked to Rick. He answered all my questions and concerns. Justin was the tech on call and was at my house within an hour of the phone call, and got me all fixed up. Highly recommend! Thanks fellas!

I had an excellent experience with Cain’s Cool Air. I spoke with Rickey and Justin Meurin and they were clear, professional, and quick to respond. They kept me updated every step of the way. The Technician Zack showed up fast, diagnosed the issue right away, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had our AC cooling again in no time at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Cain’s Cool Air, my unit was down for a couple days, and by a happy accident they were repairing the neighbors unit. I walked up to Rick a Cain’s Cool Air technician, and asked for help and he took care of us quickly no hesitation. Our unit now works great and i signed up for the yearly maintenance. Love these guys. I would call them if you are having bad allergies. My kids and I have horrible seasonal allergies. Cleaned my ducts and my AC and an air purification system through them and it helped so much. Thank you, Cain!

I moved into a home knowing my AC needed to be replaced and I was referred to Cain’s Air by a friend. They installed the unit within 17 hours, included a warranty, and offered 0% interest financing options. Ricky explained indoor air quality, and I opted for an air quality upgrade to help with my allergies. I’ve sat through sales pitches in the past, and they didn’t try to force anything, they offered multiple options. My husband and I were very pleased! Best in town!

Called these guys out because our regular guy has been falling off lately. They really came through for us and took care of my wife and kids while I was away for work. My biggest concern is always who comes to take care of the house because I travel often for work. They even took the time to call me and include me in the discussion about everything that needed to be done. We will only use them moving forward.
