I had a leak in my 40 yr old ac unit located at my lake home. David answered my email service request quickly & came out the next day. After assessing the issue, he told me the unit could be patched but couldn’t be certain how long that would last. I asked for a quote on a new unit & he checked on it. He did not try to up sell or push me to make a decision. Since I was only in town for a few more days, he & his crew were here Monday morning & replaced the unit. Did a great job. Very professional. They tamed an extremely overgrown yard. The price was fair.

I called them. They came when they said they would. They cleaned my fireplace. They cleaned up their mess. The did not leave any ashes or soot anywhere. I looks great. They called attention to some minor problems which I may have fixed, or not. I will call them again when my fireplace needs them.

Kevin did more than I expected when he installed tile backsplash around the top of my pedestal sink. I had no idea he would cut glass tiles to fit the curvature of the sink. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
