Donny and his crew are top notch and super nice to work with, always prompt and able to fix whatever issues I have. Needed to replace an entire commercial unit, Donny and his crew had the old one out and new one installed within a day. Won't call anyone but Extreme from now on!

This past week when temperatures reached over 105 degrees our air conditioner decided to stop working on the day my husband was leaving town and it was over 80 degrees in our house! We called Donny who was out of town but he did respond and put us in touch with his assistant Jason who responded right away and we were able to get service that same morning! Our unit is over 15 years old and they did not pressure us into getting a new unit, (which was appreciated)- they were confident they could repair what we had currently so we would have more time to decide on replacing the unit later if needed. It immediately was fixed and our house was cool again. Very happy with our service, would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about the job that Extreme Heating & Air did for us! They were super responsive and came in at a better price than the first company we called. Had repair work done in a day. The guys working were very polite. Donny kept us very informed throughout the process of a major (unexpected) repair. I hope we never need them, but they will be my first call if we do.

AC went out when it was 102 outside and Donny responded right away. They came out and ran some test and determined the problem. Was able to save us money as our part was under warranty, switched it out, and got us fixed up. Overall good experience with Extreme Hating & AC. Id recommend.

I have used Extreme Heating & A/C for years. They have done both repairs and a complete new HVAC system installation. They are very prompt in their response time. They are very knowledgeable and very honest in what needs to be done. Their pricing is very competitive. They are a small business that shows pride and integrity in the way they serve their customers.

Very professional, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable . I would rank this company as a 10+ WTH 5 stars. Not only were they quick to respond to my a/c issue, but were also able to identify the issue within minutes, which was a new motor for the inside unit. They immediately picked up a new motor and had it installed and working in no time. We will gladly use this company for any upcoming repairs. They also do new installs if needed. Anyway, just wanted to share our wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!!!

Over a decade ago our A/C went out while we were out of town. We came back and got estimates to repair or replace which was going to be $$$. A good friend recommended Donny Garrison. He came the same day, made an easy and inexpensive repair compared to estimates from larger companies! We NEVER had to replace that unit as long as we lived in that house for about 10 more years! The rest is history bc I’ve never called anyone else! Today I called Donny and he was at my house within the hour, found the problem, made an inexpensive repair and was out…all while we were out of town and had a houseguest! I tell everyone I know, Donny Garrison is honest, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He makes repairs with your budget in mind, which means he tries less expensive options when possible. I’ve dealt with several A/C-heating companies in the Lubbock area and can honestly say Extreme heating and A/C is hands down THE BEST A/C- Heating Service at a great price in the Lubbock area.. Donnie is the gentleman who came and fixed my A/C unit. He was Johnny on the spot and even had the parts available on site for the repair needed. No hidden fees or surcharges. They went above and beyond to accommodate me & get my A/C fixed at a moments notice. I highly recommended their services.

We have had some problems with our AC and Extreme Heating and AC was recommended by some friends. They were very responsive and were able to get us scheduled and out to our house quickly. They checked the system and the problem was found and promptly repaired. He was very knowledgeable and respectful.
