I have used JDs for about 10 years. Always prompt and courteous. Estimates are always on target. <br />

J D'S A/C's guys are good. They come in when they say they're coming. They are really courteous and just did a good job. They're on time and they will do what they say they'll going to do.

I had it trouble shooted already when he got here and I asked him if everything was all right inside and told him that the compressor won't start and that I had a bad capacitor. He went out there, opened the cover and fixed it. He was here for about 15 minutes. His price was high; it was like a highway robbery, but it was a weekend and they did an excellent work. They have a guy on call 24 hours a day.

Their service was wonderful; they were prompt and showed up on time. They had all the tools they needed and performed a repair that others attempted to fix several times in one try. I will use them again in the future.

Nathan was very informative, giving me a wide selection of models to chose from, he beat other estimates and was well knowledged in the new Nest thermostat which I was very interested in and did purchase. During the install his crew arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They laid tarps down and made no mess what so ever even as they were outside in the area of the compressor which sat on dirt., they placed paper booties over their shoes upon returning inside. I was very pleased with the over all value and experience provided by Nathan and JD's A/C.
