100/100. One of the fastest service teams I have ever dealt with. I gave them a perfect score because it was so easy to get set up I could not believe it. They arrived at the location within 24 hours and was able to get our commercial open merchandiser working the same day. We are thankful and will always recommend ETR in this area going forward.

Today Trevor and Jesus came out to install our new 16 SEER HVAC system and "Clean Effects" air filtration system. They showed up on time, were very courteous and very knowledgeable and respected our property. They cleaned up at the end and answered all my questions... I would be glad ti refer ETR.

Jesus Estrella with ETR was fabulous! He came out late one night and had us back up and running with cold air in no time. He was so professional and courteous, and he explained everything that needed to be fixed. We are very appreciative of Jesus and ETR. Thanks again!

Technician was great, 5-stars, but getting communication to get him out there was horrible. Ended up need a new coil and after a week, never got a quote or response from the website, or office. The help desk sent an email to someone, and no help. Had to go with someone else.

I needed to get my mini-splits cleaned and serviced and everyone I dealt with at ETR was exceptional! Brittany was so attentive to my call and clarified my needs—I was able to get on their annual service plan saving me lots of money and ensuring the longevity of my units! Some of the best customer service I have ever had. She scheduled Byron to come and made sure a photo was sent so we knew exactly who to expect. Byron was so friendly and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner and continued with the great attitude that Brittany displayed! Very great experience and I look forward to working with them again.

Living in East Texas you have to have a competent and professional HVAC company that is also reliable, especially when issues arise outside of working hours. ETR’s Oscar Cisneros, was the technician I had the privilege of working with tonight, and I could not be more pleased. Oscar Instantly understood the issue I was having, expedited the repair and offered useful maintenance advice and plans to keep my HVAC system running optimally.

Had an emergency call after hours and was able to get ahold of ETR. Their technician, Jesus Estrada, called me back within 5 mins and immediately gave me an ETA of about half an hour. He was at our home on time and had a great attitude, even though I know i was pulling him from his personal life. He quickly diagnosed my issues and had me back up and running within an hour of being at my house. Overall great customer service, communication and punctuality! Would 10 out of 10 use again.

Sydney provided the maintenance service on our unit and I must say I truly appreciated her good customer service, which is rare these days. She was thorough & I appreciate her showing me before and after photos of the work she completed. And she did not leave a mess behind for me to have to clean. Thank you Sydney.

Oscar took the time to tell me what was happening with my unit. He followed up with my options, clearly letting me know I could opt for a patch job or a complete repair. There was no pressure either way. When I asked for more details, he gave me specifics in terms I could understand. I have been able to make a decision I am comfortable with and am confident ETR will be thorough and follow with quality work.

ETR worked quickly to provide an appointment time to fit our needs. We were notified who our Technician would be, what he looked like and a little summary about him before he arrived. Jordan and Trey installed my new a/c unit today. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. They were professional and left my home in great shape! 5-3-22. Jacob showed up at my home today to service my system that I had put in last year. He is an outstanding tech. He took his time and was very thorough. He cleaned the inside and outside unit and made a few adjustments to ensure I will be comfortable all summer long. Thanks!! 3-27-24 Eddie came out and serviced my A/C before summer hits. He was very thorough and took his time cleaning and inspecting my unit. I feel ETR provides great honest service for the price you pay. Other A/c companies seem like they are just out to gouge for as much money as they can make. I know I can trust ETR.

Our ETR tech Jesus Estrella was great! On a hot August day, our a/c unit went down (after hours) and within a few hours, Jesus had us up and running with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend the ETR team!

As usual ever tech that comes to my home is friendly and and knowledgeable. They show up on time and perform the the job in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this company to any one needing AC service. I have done business with ETR for several years and I have found them to be nothing but professional. Their service is always good, Service techs are always friendly and professional. Larry Smith was very professional and friendly helping me to understand a few questions that I had for him.

Oscar was very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. What was going on with my unit . He went above and beyond stayed until he knew for sure that everything was working correctly.

ETR responded quickly to our needs. They were very helpful in setting up the financial mechanism to get the job done. The only negative during the whole process was a glitch from the Manufacturer that held up the eventual smooth operation of the new system. The problem continued for a week until they sent an excellent Tech. to correct the problem.

Jesus Estrella at ETR was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable while doing all the maintenance on our interior and exterior A/C units. He also helped us go from a basic thermostat unit to a WiFi unit that we can control from our phones even when we aren’t at home. We are happy with our services and results and would recommend them and our technician specifically for future services. We are happy to have a working system before Texas really turns up the heat! ETR came out and evened the air flow in our new home so each room gets the same flow and regulates the temperature evenly. It feels so much better in here - we had hot and cold spots and were using space heaters in addition to our central heat. The technicians answered all our questions and told us exactly they did and why they did it. We purchased a service agreement that will get us twice yearly review and maintenance on the system plus change our air filters. We are very happy with their service!

Called ETR after the company that installed our unit could not diagnose the issue. Quickly responded to my call and came out to check our system, finding that our compressor was out. Still under warranty ETR ordered the part before leaving and set up an install time once part arrived. Quality service with great communication. We will use ETR moving forward.

Bradley showed up on time (even a little early!) and used his time efficiently. He walked us through all problems, solutions, and outcomes for our budget and future expectations. We have used other companies in the past who would simply say ‘you need a new unit’, without running any diagnostics or investigation the whole system. But ETR gave us realistic solutions both temporarily and long term. Very satisfied!!

I always have the best experience using ETR! Everyone from the office to the technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and kind! Anytime i need a repair they are quick to get me on their schedule. They always reach out to me to schedule preventative maintenance that i may forget is due which is a huge help. The communication is so wonderful on top of the excellent service they provide everytime!!!!
