They were excellent! They came in did their job and didn't leave until it was finished and 100% working. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Extremely friendly and professional. Faithco definitely has a loyal customer for life! Will hire when I need their services again!

After having two water pipes burst this week due to extreme temperatures and snow, we could not find a local plumber who was willing to come out, even though the roads were easily drivable both yesterday and today. But not Faithco! Not only did they come and fixed my burst pipes, they have been out for the past few days helping their neighbors get water back in their homes while all other local plumbers refused. We actually had one Lindale plumbing company owner say that he asked his employees to work today, but they wouldn't due to the "treacherous" road conditions. I had just gotten back from the grocery store and knew this not to be true. J.R. and Clint were professional, courteous and quickly resolved the issue. Because J.R. had told me he done work as a handyman I mentioned an exterior door that wouldn't close properly thinking he could give me some advice. However, he went above any of my expectations and fixed the door so that it now shuts properly. I would highly recommend Faithco Plumbing, and although I hope I never need their water pipe repair services again, they are the ones I will call if I do.

I had an old item that was hard to find parts for, with in 24 hours he found the parts and install them as well for a good price

I got a call back from Faithco a minute after being on home advisor. He was out to look at job an hour after getting a hold of them. They came and did work the very next morning. Very impressed thank you Faithco.
