Terrible commercial HVAC contractors in Austin, who I am unfortunately required to use because of a contractual agreement with my landlord. The do according to two reputable HVAC inspectors some of the worst installations so the units will require more maintenance over time, their technicians do the bare minimum on each job, instead opting to keep systems in a state of perpetual disrepair so you'll be calling them out 3-4 times per year. After dealing with one of these units they poorly installed for years until it finally died, I then had to manage dealing with them as they installed the unit, another complete disaster. Nobody showed up on time, I had to stay late into the day as they wrapped up past 5, and then at the end they miswired the system and fried the electronics on the new install and tried to blame it on my electrical. I got an electrician out that night and we both realized it was completely their technicians' faults.

Had the 6 month furnace check which came with my new unit. I was able to schedule the week of Christmas and he came within the window that I expected him!
