Jerome is awesome! He made an assessment the same day the tenant reported an issue, provided an invoice the same day, and made the repair the next day. He beat the property manager by weeks! Highly recommended for someone you can trust with transparency. He provided the invoice as requested and doesn’t replace things for the sake of replacing them (this is confirmed as I’ve had a previous contractor provide a diagnosis, whose services we declined). He does a genuine assessment and repairs what’s needed to get the system running again for the long term. Lastly, in an emergency, I’ve reached out to numerous companies in the area. Ive been ghosted, have received no callbacks, and no indication for any help. Jerome answered my call on a Sunday and helped me out right away. Don’t waste your time searching elsewhere and call Jerome if you need trusty workmanship and customer service, best price, and best repair duration.

Jerome is without a doubt the best AC and Heating contractor any homeowner could have. He constantly takes care of my systems, and never fails to respond quickly anytime I need help. He is honest, does not try to upsell items or services, and is someone you can trust and to count on for all your AC and Heating services.

He did the job BUT he said he saw there was an issue with a leak fir freon but didn't address it. Filled and cleaned system as if nothing was wrong. Lasted 4 to 6 hrs freon empty. Came back out and said dang it must have opened up????!!! So a week later still no solution and out almost 2000.00 :(

Jerome is very customer friendly

I had a maintenance contract with ARS, so when one of my condenser units quit working, I called them to repair. They refused to do repair, said I was out of warranty and only tried to sell me a new A/C system. I called JMV Air Solutions. They came out and repaired my condenser unit, which actually WAS under warranty, saving me a great deal of expense. JMV was professional and did great work. I highly recommend their service, and plan to use them again, especially when it comes time to purchase a new A/C system.

I had them service our main and secondary units. Everything ran much better when they were done and they tech was very professional.
