We have used Advanced Environmental for several years. They have always been great to work with and very professional. Well, yesterday (Sunday) afternoon when my wife returned to the townhouse, it was extremely hot inside. She called AEAT and within 10 minutes Andrew showed up and within another 30 minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. These guys are awesome!

My experience with AEAT could not have been better. Ryan was great to work with. His bid was the most thorough of the four that I received. He emailed PDFs with multiple choices and price ranges, complete with photos, details about each system, and links where I could find more information about each system. This may have been too much information for some people, but not for me; I wanted as much information as possible so I could make an informed choice. He never hesitated to answer my follow-up questions, of which there were many, knowing that I might eventually choose another company for the job. His written bid was not the highest or the lowest, although at the end of the day it has proven to be the lowest. He offered me a free maintenance contract on my 12 year old second system as well as the new one, something no one else did. When Trane made a mistake and sent the wrong compressor--a slight upgrade to the one I ordered--he made sure that I kept the upgraded unit without paying for the mistake. When he had to install a new UV light assembly instead of just replacing the bulb, he refused to charge me. Installation went smoothly and on schedule, taking only part of a day. AEAT has several payment options. I chose to save 6% (more than the other bidders) and paid with a check--actually two. Ryan refused to take full payment until the city inspector had signed off on the job. Highly recommended!

The estimate was too high. The AC is working just fine after the coolant, so I don't think I need a new one right now.

It was one worker, he left the area clean.

<p>The care to most every detail along with an unexpected free upgrade (literally, at time of installation) were wonderful.  The portable ac unit loaner (at no charge) was a blessing. Assistance in selection of this major purchase was excellent. Installers were not only on time but 15 minutes early and covered every temporary inconvenience encountered along the way. They had their own carpenter on hand for a minor emergency that cropped up! That said, the touch up and clean up also went much smoother than many jobs encountered in the past. </p> <p>Nice to finally be more energy efficient too...have already seen some savings on the electric bill. I called another company, that will remain nameless. They insisted that i replace my entire system. I Called Advanced for a second opinion. They informed me that i only needed to replace my motor and starting components. And that my A/C was still in good shape. I wish there were more honest companies like them. I signed up for their preventative maintenance program. And will use them for all of my ac and heating needs. <br />

I discovered my heater was beyond repair and suddenly was faced with having to replace the unit. I decided to have my a/c done at the same time. Steve and his team came in a completed the job for half the price of another bid I had received. I'm now warm..and cool. Great Job !

This was stress free! The guys did a great job and extremely fast. I was very impressed with the service. I had researched many companies in the area and decided to go with this company. Pete came and measured the attic space and gave a quote and within 3 days the unit was being installed. I thought the process would take all day with the removal and installation, but was so impressed before I got home from work it was installed and I couldn't even see any traces of them even being there. The area was left clean. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend this company to all my friends. <br /> <br />

Pete Alanis, the owner, has become very familiar with my house and ventilation system over the years and was in a position to offer his experienced advice on how it could be improved during the upgrade work. He priced a couple of options but we went with the expensive and higher-quality 5 ton 16 SEER Trane system (this was the bulk of the cost of the job). He and his crew re-ran all my ductwork and did it in such a way as to both improve air flow as well as give me more attic space. They re-positioned the thermostat near a new air-return so that it would control the house temperature more efficiently. They did it all in two days and with minimal mess. In the past Pete or one of his men has always been promptly over to my house whenever we had a problem with the old system and needed service, even on the weekends.
