We have had issues with our HVAC unit going on 3 years, we’ve patched, replaced, and spent a LOT of money. The system we had beforehand had all of the bells and whistles you could imagine, but it was extremely costly to maintain and we were at our wits end. We were recommended Watson Air Services by a family friend, and we will not be going back to any other company! They came out and completely removed our old complicated system and replaced it with a new easy to use and RELIABLE system. They even left us with some filters since we had a complicated system that used a “reusable” filtration system that was painful to maintain. We are so happy and will never go back! Thank you so much!!!

Great Service, honest and reliable. Needed new air as my 20 year old system went belly up. He told me that it may be a week. Within 3 days he called and was ready to install. The install was professional! I could not ask for more. Wynn is a Win for the Waco and surrounding areas!

Nothing worse than your A/C going out…on a Sunday afternoon…on the hottest day of the year! Despite it being a Sunday night, our landlord contacted Watson Air Services, and they agreed come out to look. Within an hour of confirmation, they arrived. Him and his wife were courteous, professional, and quick, and had our unit up and running in 30 minutes flat. Now we can enjoy our home and not worry about a hot night (or worse, scrambling for a place to stay!) I cannot recommend Watson Air Services to the Waco area enough if you’re in an HVAC pinch!

Our A/C was leaking and our house would not cool below 82. I called Watson Air Service at noon and he was at my house on the same day. Turns out the coils were really dirty, so he cleaned them and installed a new air filter. He didnt try to upsell me and acted friendly and professional. Will definitely be using him next time we have an issue with our unit.

We live in Austin and have two rental homes in Waco so we rely on the kindness of strangers when hiring vendors to make prompt and thorough home repairs for our tenants. Our tenant called and her AC was not cooling. It's hotter than you-know-what outside. Everyone's AC needs attention. And every AC vendor in town is working hard to service all of their customers as best they can. None of the AC vendors I called could come out that day, or even over the next couple of days. Then I called Watson Air Services. Watson made it happen on the same day we called. I know his schedule was already packed with service calls, but he knew we were in a jam. I'm very happy to report that Watson Air Services came through with flying colors! The AC was repaired at a reasonable cost. The service was courteous, honestly billed, and thoroughly explained. We now have a go-to AC repairman that we can trust implicitly, and that is monumental since we live out of town.

AC unit at our house leaking water. He found leak, secured piece of unit (with great effort) that had broken off. Minimal charge. Knows his stuff, is honest and won't sell you something you don't need. Person of great character and integrity. Highly recommended.

We thought it was going to be a big deal but he came out and did a real quick service and we were pretty happy with that. The previous owners had used them and so I decided to give them a call. They were pretty quick because our air conditioner had a problem on Saturday and I called him and he returned my call saying that he was out of town and he would be here the following Monday. He contacted me on time and he checked the inside and outside units. He checked the thing outside and figured out what was going on. He had the air conditioner going in 30 minutes. I thought his price was reasonable. He got my air conditioning going and he showed me the old part to show how it pretty much burned out. He was prompt and I was expecting to wait and wait but when I pulled up in the driveway I asked him if he was ready and he was. He was very professional.
