I have a home built in 1967 and over the years the HVAC has been fixed and re-installed in incorrect ways. I am pleased with Independent HVAC solutions for figuring out the issues in my system and finally making it work how it should. My second floor of my house never got very cold and now it works perfectly despite what other companies said was possible (then tried to upsell me on alternative solutions). The customer service is exceptional and the professionalism is top tier. Love this company!

Shared my concern regarding my AC unit and they were out here in less than an hour. Our technician, Kevin, provided us with the best service we have experienced.

I had them out for a second opinion on a 10 yr old unit. It took their technician 20 minutes to diagnose what took the previous company 4 hours to find. They were quick to respond, and answered all of my questions. We ended up replacing the unit, and the cost was reasonable (significantly less for the same product quoted by the first company). When I had an issue with my thermostat they were quick to respond and fix the problem. I will definitely use them again - highly recommend.
