Great service! We were able to get an appointment same day for help with the heater! JZ (Jahaziel) was our tech and let me tell you he was 12/10! So kind. So helpful. He explained everything he was doing and was able to help us get setup with the yearly maintenance plan to stop issues in the future! Wonderful company! So happy!

She was kind, professional, and got everything up and running quickly. It’s not often you find someone so dedicated and willing to help at that hour. I am a boutique custom developer, I primarily work with homes of character in the conservation district and other select areas. I’ve used Alpha Heating and Cooling for my personal property and a recent complex renovation. There were challenging aspects of the installation, there was limited attic space and a challenging floor plan. The Alpha Cooling and Heating team were outstanding on the installation and they have also been helpful in tweaking the systems as needed to ensure optimal performance. The owner Natalie is the best in business at trouble shooting issues and bringing them to resolution. I would highly recommend this company for repairs and installation, their responsiveness is second to none.
